Sounds like a scam to me! I'm sure he wants money of course to help send along those imaginary winnings and pay imaginary any tax's or fee's!

My mother has been contacted by a man calling himself "David Meyer" with 624 Australian Lotto located in Melbourne.  He tells her she has won a large amount of $ (she did respond to a mail lotto solicitation).  He has phoned her multiple times a day several days this week.  He told her that after he personally refiguredthe winnings, they had doubled!  How did she think she might spend her winnings?  David instructef her not to tell anyone--much more fun to throw a big party. and surprise everyone in a few weeks after she gets the $!  After a corporate meeting, including the VP (who had taken a special intertest in her case), she was instructed to withdraw all but $8000 from her acct for a cashiers check.  David will need the check # and then he can start working on getting the $ to her.  Don't worty amout a thing, he will handle all the details!  Why is David using a phone from Quebec area code?  Well, he's calling from the London office of course!
