Got repeated calls from this number under the guise of "Genesee Valley Associates"...I know I have debts owed, but this is ridiculous. They called ten time in a period of four hours. Then they contacted my eldest daughter somehow...said she was on my "relative list", which I've never put her name on anything before. BBB has a huge complaint list going against them as well. Type in the company name to your search engine and see everything that comes up.

Harrassing me about my hubands info ! Called me and idiot . Needless to say the conversation ended !

I got a call from them asking for someone Ive never heard of. It was weird

apparently they're still at it.  BBB gives them an "F". no website that I can find...Losers.  Next up FTC & FDCPA notifications...they're breaking the laws!

They do a reverse lookup of your name and see who your relatives are. try it, it's scary!!!

A woman says her name is ASHLEY SIMS from Genessee Valley Associates in reference to a DEDRA CROKER whom I do not even know to reference file number 151098 when calling back 1-977-801-6410. I called them back after two such messages and told them (on a saturday they were not in the office) that I did not know this person and if they call my number which is on the do not call registry and I saved their messages and have the number on my caller ID that I would contact my attorney and sue the pants off them! I then said QUIT CALLING MY F&*(^%$ HOUSE!

Genesee Valley did call me about a debt i owed back in 2003,  I don't know if this is truly legit because of the statute of limitations, but I do owe it regardless.  If you do need to contact this company via snail mail for whatever reason, I have obtained their mailing address.

My brother in law got a call from this genesee valley and was looking for me said they had him listed as a relative and they were calling about a civil matter. The name was Jessica and the number she gave was 800-954-1694 how do they get your relatives names and numbers?

These people called asking if we knew where a former doctor of a family member was, that they were looking for him.  When I said I had no idea they said we will take your number off of our list and hung up.

I received a call from this company in regards to an Eleanor Brigman; who is no one I know.  The girl there said they were a 'processing company'.  When I asked what they were processing she stated that 'if I didn't know that person she could not elaborate'.

I recently recieved a call from this genesee valley Assoc. Regarding a law suit they were filing for unpaid dept. When i was able to get them on the phone and listened to what they had to say, I informed the person from Genesee valley Assoc. I needed the Phone number, Contact name, and business address of the company. The company rep, asked why and I informed them I was sending them a registered letter teling them they needed to remove me from the list. I explained to them that I was the laywer for the person they were calling for, and they quickliy hung-up.
Maybe they are gone for good for me.You should try it.

Rec'vd msg from them today. Calling about my hubby's son, who was adopted about 10+ years ago. "Please return our call regarding final dispostion of his file." Great---something happen to him? Nice - stupid company. Whatever.

i did receive info regaring this number and they sued me for debt i owe ,,so probably you better pay off your debts. every agency is starting to sue

Called a friend of mine asking about me. I have no idea how they would have his number I am unsure why on earth they would call me.  Strange trhat they can call random people soliciting info.

They called looking for a relative.  I had been gone for a week.  When I asked my husband about it he said that they had called and left messages several times.  When I did a reverse phone look-up they came up as a business landline from Frontier Telephone of Rochester NY.

I am getting voice mails into my CELL which is not widely known - a name and a reference number to call back....then my caller ID has this Genesee number on it but no voice mails...
I have a great credit and refuse to call back someone who does not leave a real message....I'd love to know how they get phone numbers - if they know me so well write me....

they call I don't know the number so I don't answer.  If it is that important they would leave a message.

they called because i have a valid debt..this is simply an agency trying to locate someone in my family that owed money.
