wanted my info and is calling from number i already have on my phone but it is a scam do not listen to them or believe them they are liars hang up or change ur number.

I am constantly being harrassed from this caller claiming I owe them money. The caller would not provide any specific information, was vaque and threatening.

This person claimed we owed him money. Would give any information about the creditor and said we were going to jail if we did not pay him. When we called back he was rude cursing at me and did not want to put his manager on the phone. This is a SCAM! Do not give any of your personal information even if they who you bank with.

Wanted to know who owns this number.

I got a call on Feb 22 saying I took out a loan for $500 and I told them how can I do that when I do have a job, he said with ur SS benefit, I said I don't get that either. So I asked him what was my SS number, he said he couldn't give that out and he told me to tell another family he called out by name to call them. Now that part is what got to me, how do they get this information, so I tried to figure out how we could all be connected, but we don't hae the same last names. I keep getting calls from this number and now they are leaving messages at my place of employment telling other employees that I am in a great deal of trouble. THEY ARE GOING TO GET ME FIRED!!!!

PUT A FRAUD ALERT ON YOUR CREDIT!  TURN THEM INTO THE FTC! AND CONTACT YOUR BANK AND LET THEM KNOW AND ALL CREDITORS! ANY/CREDIT CARDS.... THEY ALREADY HAVE ALL YOUR INFO! YOUR SSN DOB BANKING ADDRESS PHONE ETC.... REPORT REPORT REPORT!

ignore do not answer them.... report them to the FTC they have all your info ssn dob address banking phone# etc.... put an alert on your credit check you banking for any withdraws over the past 6 months that you DID NOT APPROVE! save their messages KEEP_ REPORTING THEM A LOAN/PAYDAY LOAN SOLD OUT EVERYONES INFO!

yes they will stop FOR ABOUT A MONTH! then start with a different number! i reported them to FTC  and flipped out on them! they quit for a month then called from this number!.... just keep reporting these people! they already have all your info..... ssn dob address phone, etc.... put an alert on your credit. just dont answer save any messages that they leave and keep turning them in they will get caught! some "loan. payday loan" sold everyones info out to them, so if only someone could figure out who they could all get busted!

Have fun with it....Call back, let them say there speech. Ask lots of questions to waste there time and try to get proof but never admit your info. Then tell them they cannot arrest you for something like this, even if it was true and to learn US laws. It is fun to mess with them. I wasted at least 10 munutes of there time making them think that they were going to get cash from me. They ended up more frustrated than I was, cursed me out and hung up. They have not called me back since I did this.

I really hoped you cancelled your card. They said the same thing to me as well that they deposited money in my account and i too looked them up and there was nothing at all and said if i did not pay the money i owed i was being suied and going to jail. So dam annoyed and i called backed saying who the hell this was and i wanted there address and they where like whos this and saying i dont have to give you anything so they are scammers stupit people i also said let talk to you superviser of manager and they said why i hate these people for doing this crap to me and my wife.

I will. I called them back and told them that they were a scam and that I looked it up on the computer. He got angry with me and said he was not.

cancel ur credit card before they clean you out.

Just got a call from them as well, informing me of pending charges against me for racketeering and money laundering... funny I work with law enforcement officers both fed and local all of the time. when I asked who it was i was told the federal enforcement division.. I asked of WHAT BRANCH... was told of " California" .. said  funny this is a New York number.... to which I was told  F*$k  Y*@ and he hung up on me...

I just got another call from those idiots...it started yesterday.  I started to tell her (stephanie williams) not to call anymore but she tried to talk over me. So I raised my voice and made it very clear that i was talking..I did this till she shut up.  I then told her they were not to call my home or my work and that i had already reported them to the attorney general and local law enforcement.  I hope this did the trick....if they do call back they gonna get a surprise...lol  will keep updating

I received a call this morning saying if i didn't clear this matter up they were going to have me arrested as well as my daughter and a friend of mine.  I had some money taken out of my acct about 2-3 months ago and now this is happening.  I see some of the same things in the other posts and it really makes me wonder....  I am saving all voicemails and am turning them in.

These people are very ignorant!!!!!!!!  No type of professionalism when leaving voicemails.....barely can understand them!   I don' respond to them at all....I don't answer their calls and saving their voicemails to turn them in to the authories.

This is FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Don't get involved in NO conversations with these people....It's not worth your time.

my gf got a call at her work today from these people and it was the same story, social security numbers and bank account numbers. they said they were the fed. beau. legislation. and this is also about a month after she reported a fraudulent bank withdrawal from some (cant remember) federal type thing. they took 150 dollars from her account, so she reported it, and now she got a call from them saying they were going to sue her for reporting it.

This is a SCAM--do yourself a favor and do not release any information to these people, and call the Attorney General of your state and file a complaint. They try to extort money from people by representing themselves as a debt collector or an agency that doesn't even exist! Run as fast as you can, but they will keep calling and they have very heavy accents and will not stop until you call out their bluff. Basically the next time they call, inform them that you have reported them to the Attorney General of your state and they will be investigated, then hang up.--They might call again, but do not answer....then you will find that they, most likely, will stop.

I'm a Sprint Customer & they've called my phone 8 times so far today.  Claiming to be w/the US Federal Government & reading the last 4 of my social.  But the accents are so thick I can't understand the voicemail clearly........Grrrrrrrr

my girlfriend just got a call on a her cell phone about this. the left a voicemail identifying himself as some very american but clearly he was middle eastern. He also was able to say the message was intended for my girlfriends mom (he know her name). and the it is here responsibility to call back, and if she doesn't the responsibility lays in her hands.

Also I want to point out the this was a AT&T cell phone that my girlfriend was using. this is very strange what is happening maybe this group was able to hack an AT&T database with names and phone numbers. Anyone else that reads this please list your cellular provider to see if it is only happening to a certain cell provider.

Also I would recommend everyone report this number to their local authorities, the more people that report this number, the more seriously this issue will be pursued and the people behind this will be caught.

Left me 2 voice mails.First was a man with an extremely heavy accent who ID'd himself as James Smith(yeah,right!).Second call was female,again with the accent.Both wished me luck if they didn't hear from me.
