Just got home and got the same message from Officer Jason Miller. This person is crazy. This is a scam that this idiot ise trying to rip off people.

Got a call from this guy also.  Said his name was Officer Jason Miller.   When he called I could barely understand him.  All I heard was fraud and lawyer.  Asked him if he could repeat what he said and he said I can't and hung up the phone.  There was also a lot of background noise.  Called my tax guy asap and he said everything was fine with my taxes.  What a douche!  Hope he calls back so I can give him a piece of my mind.  

I've been getting and ignoring these Out of Area calls 3 times a day.  "Jason Miller" finally self the same message as the one Donna reported.  I knew it was a scam from his non-idiomatic English.

This person by the name Jason Miller called my home left a message on my home phone for my husband, stating there is a case that is badly imposing on you and if you choose to ignore this call and dont call back the only thing he can do is wish him luck! I could barely make out his words.. I called back and he said that my husband owe the IRS committed fraud didn't pay all of his taxes for 2010,2011 and 2012, So I said no thats not true and why the IRS didnt send this in writing? He said how because its a fraud the IRS do not send anything in writing, that they call... so I said its the law, it must be in writing and he got upset and told me, well wait for the cops then... and hang up! I really wish these people get caught and get put away for life

I also just got this called on 3/24/2014..  Scam ..  I called them back from a blocked number  and they just hung up..   I wanted to waste there time so they can't use that time to call someone else.

was at mom's home today and she came running down saying somebody called her saying my dad owed taxes and he is going to jail. when i talked to the dude he had a strong west african accent. immediately i knew he was b***s***ting. said his name was alex jones. got his number and called back. and some guy with asian accent answered. I told him i was reporting him to police and he is f*** i dont care if you report us to bureau of investigations. and i cussed back at him saying he is a piece of s*** and never to call our number again. he hung up saying "there is no vanity in poverty" or some s*** like that

Well, I got this message on 3/21....his name was Officer Jason Miller and said "if you or your attorney didnt call him back all he can do is wish me good luck on a situation badly imposed on me"

This person call me saying he his officer Jason Miller. wants to speak to us or our attorney. leaving threats on my answering machine. when it is it going to stop?. Can some one do some thing about this arrangement. I would like to see they catch these crook as off NOW!

Indian accent.  Said his name was officer Dave Miller.  Insisted on a call back from me or my attorney.  Wtf.  

He claimed from IRS needing payment.

I got the same message on my answering phone/ was quite alarming - threatening litigation if I did not return the call! Also he had a heavy foreign accent.

Got a guy with an Indian accent calling saying his name was Riley Smith and he is calling from the IRS.  I stated that here in the US IRS does not call but sends a notification/letter to the people in question and if he called her one more time then I'll ensure that it is reported to the authorities!  He kept saying Maam listen Maam listen...And my response, don't you dare call back here again.  And hung up!  Where can we report these issues?  I really want these guys to one stop calling!!!!

I got the same thing.  Guy had an accent, but it wasn't Indian accent.

Claims to be from IRS and wants to settle outstanding tax liability

"John Smith" (very creative!) from IRS called our phone number and left a voice mail asking to call this (585-283-8485) number.

Received a call from the number. Wanted my attorney or me to call. I was positive this was a scam. Said his name Mark Davis....

Really! Bunch of losers.

585-283-8485 ext 704 called our client and said he was from the IRS and his name was Mike Anderson. He had a very heavy Indian accent.

I could NOT understand it, the accent was so heavily Indian/Pakistani. I did get "Internal Revenue Service" and "time sensitive", "before further legal allegations". Glad others reported here, very helpful. My caller ID labeled it "Cell Phone Albion, NY" so I was PRETTY SURE it was just a scam (the IRS using cell phones? I doubt it)...but it's very nice to hear others confirm it. Thanks

My wife got a called yesterday from a person with heavy Indian accent.  The guy used the name that she haven't used for 15 years. IRS..?       What an armature sh#t.
