This phone # for outgoing calls at University of Rochester Medical Center

Calls my parents home at least two or more times a day. sometimes asking for a different person each time.

Father received calls from this number and he has nothing to do with Rochester including any medical appointment, etc.  Very annoying,  Hangup and alo no messages left.  Going to complain with the NYS Attorney General's office and Do Not Call Registry.

How on earth can a disconnected telephone number call me?

Weird because I live 1.5 hours from Rochester, and I don't have an appointment in Rochester or anything, so I don't know why this number would have called me.

This # is what you receive from any outgoing call made from the RIT Inn. IT can be anyone staying in the INN, U of R students may also lodge there year round as well as Strong Memorial outpatients/ family of inpatients.

I got a call from this number for Eastman Dental group to remind of a dental appointment tomorrow. So it must be a generic outline funnel for UoR and related groups/companies/buildings.

Just calling to remind of an appointment at University of Rochester  Medical Center.

Got a call from this number and the first time I just ignored it. Left a message of one "beep" tone. They've called 2 times in the last 20 minutes and all I get are random "beep" tones. Anyone got a way to block this?

I received a call with 585-295-0384 showing on the Caller ID.  I answered but the other party immediately hung up.  I phoned back but it just rang and rang.  I phoned the number from a DIFFERENT phone, and heard a recorded message saying, "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service..."  I called again from the phone on which the call came in, and it rang and rang again.

Multiple annoying calls from this number! How can I make them stop or block them?

I received three calls from this number in the past 24 hrs.  sounds like to child playing with a phone

I picked up the call and the calling entity immediately hung up (!)

This number is a legitimate number for outgoing calls only from the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital/Galisano's Children Hospital. A recording calls from this number to remind us of our appointment with the Pediatric Endocrinology department.

Received call from this number, said, "soory you have reached a number temporairly out of service or has been disconnected. Weird.

They called me today at 12:45 pm est I called back 5 min. later and a recording said the number was disconnected.

This is a University of Rochester trunk line where multiple U of R lines funnel through.  You need to dial the specific number to contact the person who called you.  If you dial this specific number, it will not accept it.

When I called back the recording stated the number has either been disconnectrd or is out of service.

I had a missed call from this number tonight. I'm an alum and I remember there being a generic number for outgoing calls that shows up on caller id. In my case they were probably calling to ask me for money.

I got a call from the same number, I'm pretty sure it was the UoR Bookstore, the textbook desk to be exact, telling me that one of my books came in.  Hope that's helpful!

I just tried faxing the number and get a "phone number is disconnected" message.

This number called me and was a fax machine beeping at me.

I'm pretty sure it's UofR security, not a telemarketer or anything

Me too, same experience as U of R.  They have been calling every day for maybe a week and a half, but when I call back it won't connect me.  Extremely annoying.

This number called me last week but did leave a message.  It was someone from the University of Rochester calling me as well-- I think from the admissions office, from what I gathered.

Do you remember the contact number he gave you? I could tell you if it was an on campus number and search the directory.

This number called me this morning at 10:30. No Message. Then I found this website. I am George Bush's cousin. Beware.

I run a business and our sales line received a call from this number.  It was a University of Rochester student legitimately looking for information about our services.  He gave us a different contact number, however.
