I got a call from this number.. I ignored it and was served paperwork for court about 2 weeks later. They called me 3 times to try to see if I wanted to handle my debt out of court.. they are a 3rd party arbitrator paid to serve the notice.. they arent a collection agency.. they dont care if you pay or not... I ignored the calls and now I wish I didnt because now I have to appear for a civil judgement 3 times of the amount of what I could have paid them before court proceedings. To answer your concerns about not being able to find your name on your county website.. thats because it isnt filed yet. This company is trying to see if you want to handle it before its filed. They are the last stop before court. I suggest you pay your bills.. I wish I did.

I just got a call also taking bout i wrote a bad check which i didnt because my credit union pays NSF up to 500. plus i checked harris county website and my name is no where on there for a case

Say they will be filling suit in harris county
