I received a call from phone number 585-376-0659 on 11/27/2013 from these two persons: John Marsh and Frank Martin. First John Marsh who said to me that I was pre-approved for a loan amount of $4000.00, but I have to buy a prepaid "Green Dot-Money Pack" for $175.00. Because my credit is bad I'm not qualify. After that I received a call from the same person John Marsh from the same number 585-376-0659 who said to me because I have a bad credit I have to buy another "Green Dot-Money Pack" for the amount of $120.00 in total amount of $300.00. He told me the verification process take 20 min. and the loan amount of $4000.00 will be transferred to my bank account in 20 min. and the financial department will contact me to verify my information and my account information.
After that I received a call from Frank Martin which is the financial department Supervisor and he told me that I have to deposit more money this time the amount of $285.00 because I not able to qualify for the loan amount of $4000.00. I told him that I not able to send more money and I did not want to do the transaction and I want my money back. He told me that was impossible, if I do not deposited the remaining $ 285.00 in total of $585.00 I was losing all my money because they need to pay fee for processing. I asking him how much money cost the fee processing and he told me $200.00. So I let him know that they have $300.00, so take the $200.00 and send me back the rest of the money in the amount of $300.00. He said they could not send me the money back until I did not send the remaining amount of $ 285.00.
SO I LOST MY $ 300.00. I CALL AND REPORT THE ISSUE TO MONEY PACK MY TWO AT 1-800-473-3636. MONEY PACK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTION BECAUSE THE MONEY ON THE CARDS IS CAHS MONEY. MONEYPACK RECOMMENDED REPORTING THE ISSUE TO A LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT WHICH I DID.
If they want money up-front in ANY form, they're frauds! That includes putting money on a pre-paid card to prove "credit worthiness", "down payment", "fees" or "ability to pay". Advance fee personal loans are not only all scams they are illegal in the US.

I had several messages and missed call today. In additions to many calls the day before I I spoke with John Smith and advised I have not applied and to please note in their memo to please remove me from their calling list. They have not yet to respect my request or my phone or home.For they still call.
