Called at 12:17 am, rousing my wife and I from deep sleep. No one on line.  If they are so desirous of phishing for financial info, they could at least do it during business hours.  :)

a recording just call saying that ATM was compromised and need to verify that it was still in my possession.. then the call ended...looking at these posts it seems that somebody is just having fun annoying people late at night

Actually I think it said brightstar credit union, but similar to the phishing emails  I am pretty sure that they had nothing to do with this credit union, although I will call them tomorrow to find out.    I think the recording was wanting to capture my card number or account number, but I did not enter anything, nor did I try to talk to any operator.

Got a call from a recording claiming my card was compromised and to reactivate my account I pushed a button to be transferred to the service center, but it was just a recording.  It said the card was blocked and  to unlock it I had to verify my info. I got as far as it asking me to  input my account number then I hung up.  I believe company name was Brightstar bank and loand, or something like this.  I tried to call back but I was automatically hung up on twice, its like the call refused to connect.  I do not know how they got my cell or who they are but I looked up a Brightstar bank in south florida and I used to live in S. FL so I know some people there so I am going to call just in case and make sure nothing fishy is going on..

Yup phishing scam just got a call also

got a call from this number 651pm no message was left when i tried to return the phone call at 652pm it didn't go thru. I never answer calls from numbers i don't know, when the call dropped I decided to Google search the number. I'm happy i came across this page.

Debit card activation-bogus

This is a total scam, they are pfishing for your personal information. They claim your debit card account has been compromised. Don't answer or give any info.

CALL AT 11.30 PM AND LEFT MENSAGE DO NOT MAKE SENSE TO ME

Called my mobile phone @ 1 AM.  I did not answer and let the call go to voicemail.  No message was left.  Have added the number to a call blocker app's blacklist on my mobile.

received a call at 1:17 am!  Said that my debit card from Suncoast Schools (which I do not have)  had a problem and was going to put limitations on my use.  Said to press whatever to resolve.  I then hung up. When I tried to call back, it would not go through.  Really messed up my sleep.

Called at 12;18am! No message left.

called at 1020pm. no message.

Left a message claiming to be my bank and my debit card was cancelled and to unlock it I had to verify my info.

Got a phone call from this number, but no message was left!!! I don't accept solicitation calls EVER!!!
