Stop giving these people your money. It is a scam. They can't threaten you with legal action, they can't threaten you over the phone. I spoke with my lawyer and local law enforcement. You cant go to jail over payday loans, and it is illegal for them to threaten you with legal action.To the gentlemen that gave them your bank account, shut it down! Dont buy into these people's bs. Report them to law enforcement. They're just trying to scare you!

I was threatened that I have a felony warrant from these people and advised to pay 810 dollars I gave them my bank information I have a baby and don't need a warrant for my arrest

This " Frank Jackson" guy called me along with several of my very distant family members stating that i was about to be arrested on felony charges for a bad check from 4 years ago. I was about to make arrangements to pay it but i asked for proof, thats when the "compliance officer" who i had been transfered to after i talked to 2 other people got very rude and gave me "21 minutes to get the payment into them. I was sitting in the parking lot of the place that they said  i alledgedly owed money to, the lady there started shaking her head before i could finish my sentence and told me bluntly that it was a scam, and to go directly to the police department across the street where a very friendly police officer didn't let me finish my sentence before he broke in asked in a very loud and concerned manner " you didn't send them any money did you" and that i was a lucky one because i came to them first , because residents in my area have been have recieved the same calls and have actually paid. alls i can say is if this happens to you calm down take a deep breath and DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. When i called them back  to call their bluff i was told " you better get your affairs in order because we know how to deal with people like you" i then hung up because i have been a collector myself and you can se them for theating you its a SCAM.

"Frank Jackson" is bogus. He called my fiancee today and threatened to have him arrested at either his home or work. I called and asked about the supposed warrant they were going to have issued for my fiancees arrest. They refused to send him anything by mail as far as legal paperwork, the address they had was a 3 year old address, and "Frank Jackson" put me through to his compliance officer, who was VERY rude, some loud mouthed woman. She said that if the matter wasnt taken care of in 30 minutes, my fiancee would be arrested and taken to jail for a felony. Needless to say, my fiancee is home haha. This guy is total bs. He couldnt give me a bar number, he couldnt tell me where my fiancee worked, and when I called his office after hours, it didnt have a business phone. Dont sweat it. When you default on a payday loan, all it gets you is a civil suit, not criminal. Research it on the internet. Screw Frank Jackson, and his 50 other aliases that he uses. Hes just trying to scare you because he's a scammer.

there are laws about these types of harassing phone calls. save the number and report it. also if you can record the call and save it for your records. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD dont get bullied by some jerk on a phone. they are miles away and know what buzz words to use. collection agency and please send us money pale in comparison when threatening legal action and that you will go to jail. TELL EM TO PROVIDE PROOF AND MAIL YOU INFORMATION. if they cant do that, then they are bogus, cowards, and frankly...full of bullsh*t! hang up on em. if not and you send em money...are you really sure who you're paying?

Frank Jackson called me too i dont know what you people are talkin about i didnt have the money to clear up my bad check 3 hours later i was stuffed in the back of a sedan with a tear in my eye in a uncompromised position. Then when i was detained i couldnt even make the calls i needed to when i had the chance. I did 90 days in county Jail . so yeah clear up your bad checks or Frank Jackson will throw you in jail.

This "Frank Jackson" jerk about gave my entire family a heart attack. He called a number I've never used in my life as a way of contact, it's my grandmother's home. He claims I will be arrested in 30 mins. I've gave this information to an attorney because I'm not sure where these fake cops are getting their information from but it's inaccurate.
