i got a call now twice from this man saying his name was David Doyle stating my SS # was on his court docket for a fraud and money sharing case when we call the NY district attorneys office they said that now one works for them with that name this is a major scam and i am reporting it to the police witch is what the NY district attorney advised me to do we also found this site and need to get the word out so that everyone can report this to the police

Ok I got a call this morning the number on my cell caller id was different it popped up as (975) 145-1257. The man left a message, same thing Heavy accent. Said his name was David King  gave this # to call back. (585) 638-1756. That if I didn't call back it would fall on me again and that I'd go to court. So it's all the same thing. I applied for a payday loan I never recieved. Then get all these calls.Kinda want to call back and give them a piece of my mind etc...

Received a call from 5856381756 and said he was from the Dept of Faud Investigation in New York  His name was Officer Steve Martin and could be reached at ext 103.  Said I owed $453.00 and gave me a case no.  Have not received anything in mail regading this.  I have been scammed once and it won't happen again.  Word to the wise "Be Aware".

I got a call today from Officer Watson with a serious accent that told me about a loan I defaulted on.  He went on to say that I would have to go  to cour in New York which I replied that if I actually applied and got a loan from some anon company I would be able to make it...but since no such transaction occured I wouldn't be able to make it.  He also had all my personal information down to my social security number and routing numbers on my paycard.  I then told him various things about his parents and he said I was going to prison for talking back to a government official.  I also had to tell him that there is no such thing as a debtors prison here in America maybe in the country hes from but not here.  Then I told him to kiss various parts of my body and said if he sends me his paperwork I will send him mine then promptly hung up.  If anyone has ever received paperwork please let me know.

A man named jason jose called about a fraud clam I "filed" and gave me this number to call back 5856381756. Then he told me my social security number!!!!  I have since closed all my banking accounts but I am still worried about my info.... Any advice

I have been getting calls from this number and never answered them, till they called my younger brother and told him that I had used him as collalateral and he needed to pay them 600 dollars or they would issue a warrent for mine and his arrest and have to pay court cost in NY. I called them to question what it was about and since I could not hear him asked him to mail me the information to me since he said he had my address. He told my brother that his name was officer Steve Martin. So I assume that is the name he used I called back and asked to speak to him a woman answered the phone. when he got on the phone I had a very hard time understanding him. due to being almost deaf his accent and the background noise. Because he had to repeat himself over and over he then got nasty and told me that I was looking at oweing over 30,000 dollars unless I agreeded to settle now before court in NY and that I would have a warrent issued for my arrest and I would face court costs and fines that would exceed 60,000.  These people call on average to anywhere between 10 to 30 times a day daily. Im kinda hopeing that they call back so that I can request that they call me on the number to have the telecaption show up, but have a feeling that that wont happen.

They call me on average to 15 to anywhere to 30 times a day using either 585-638-1756 or 46532746 and the caller ID shows up as sumit, I have also gotten calls from 1-208-705-7212snf 1-248-644-6103 and 13686787,  which all show up as sumit also 136-256-9851. Im kinda hoping they call me back tomorrow so that I can request that they call me so that the caption shows up on the telephone so that I have some dialoge of what is going on. Im sure they wont call me back on so that the capiton shows up. Or that calling a deaf person is not worth the agony of trying to get  money from me.

This guy Jason Jersey keeps calling me stating he is on officer of the fraud department and I have to go court in New Youk. He states I owe him 800.00 and that I can pay now or go to court. He states he will have me arrested. He has all my information. Phone, social number, address and date of birth.
I am not sure what to do or how to protect my self now that he has this information. If you have any suggestions please share them. When I ask for a case number he will not provide it or any other infromation. There is always alot of back ground noise and they are very hard to understand.

My sister received a call from a guy named Jason Jersey who was looking for my daughter Ashley. When I called and confronted him with what I found online he tried to tell me everything was really on the up and up. He gave me badge number NY23026 and said he was in New York. I told him that I knew it was a fraud and my daughter only started getting these calls after she was looking at student loans online. Then I told him I was reporting it to my local police department and I hung up.

How many of you have US Bank? That's the bank my friend opened an account with and right after that was when she started getting these calls, coincidentally(?) they had her account number and she'd never even used it to cash a check or use her debit card.

Don't ignore these phone calls. My friend is currently going through this. These people have accessed her bank account to the amount of $240. The bank accepted checks she never wrote, she never even ordered checks.

This person, "Jason Jersey" did not call for me, but called for a co-worker of mine and said he needed to reach my co-worker regarding a fraud lawsuit. He said he was from the Dept. of Fraud Investigation, NY civil court. He left the number of 585-638-1756. I personally have tried to call this number twice today and it never goes thru. this is a scam number trying to collect payday loan. tell them you must stop calling or they will be reported to attorney general in your state.

In response to every ones issues...Step 1.  Do not give them any information if they call.  IT IS A SCAM!!!
Step 2.  After the call report it to the FTC and the CCC.  Step 3.  Then call you States Attorney and file a complaint with them.  Step 4.  Keep a log of when, who, and what number they are calling you from.  Keep in mind they will call again.  The best thing for you to do is tell them that you notified all the agencies and talked with your States Attorney's office.  That normally gets them to back off for awhile.  And just remember THIS IS A SCAM!!!  They want your money and they need you to be the ones to give it to them.  DON"T LET THEM SCARE YOU.

He stated that it was about a fraud matter.... i had my husband call and confirm who it was a lady adressed herself as an chief investigator.. she did not want to put my husband through to the officer we had asked for. when my husband called her a fake, she threatened my husband with a statement that " she knows people that will pick him up by his neck and his pee-hole... this is ridiculous
