They were calling me approx 10 times a day for awhile and I talked to Andrew mostly. I contacted the Department of Finance and filed an injunction against them. I haven't heard from them in a couple of months now. They were trying to collect for VIP Loan Shop. VIP Loan Shop is an online payday loan operation that runs out of the Cayman Islands. The Department of Finance said that they have no license to loan in America and by default, no legal right to collect (hence the injunction). I do my best to provoke these people into getting as mad as possible then hanging up. Then I will start calling them over and over again. They love that.

This phone number has been associated with a number of companies: Monroe and Lyell Arbitration, CashNet USA, and PR Associates.The callers will use threats such as: the caller & the sheriff will serve court documents on you tomorrow morning unless you call them and arrange something, you missed your court date this morning, etc. It is my understanding this company buys very old debts and then tries to collect on them even though the original debtor signed off on the debt long ago. While I agree that people should pay their debts, sometimes unforeseen financial crisis prevents this from happening.

There nothing but a scam . They keep calling i already called the ftc . They fraud i hope they catch u and have u guys arrested

I am posting this in hopes that they will see this. Got a robo call this morning, when I called them back, I told them to validate what they where claiming via mail and to stop calling. Well, mr fake a** atorney said the don't do that so I told him that is the law and to go to hell. Then they call back an hour later but leave no message. I call them back to inform them that once you have made contact with me you can not contact me for the rest of the day, but the BI*** starts yelling and calls me a dick then hangs up. Then my phone shows one incoming call after another. I call them back and the same BI***  picks up and says, (this is the best part because I was recording) STOP CALLING OR I WILL HAVE[removed:lang]

I agree, I have contact the BBB and I was advised that they are investigating the company. Also, they stated don't not give them any information.

They call all the time with names of Tracy Stein, Melissa McQuire, Tina Valle-Scott. They say their lawyer is Kate Wagner, I contacted Kate Wagner and she has nothing to do with them. They swear on the phone and call all the time! The address they give is fake, on google maps it is a boarded up old building. THEY ARE A SCAM! The 877 number is a cell phone! BEWARE OF THEM!

Auto-called nearly each day at approx. 8:30.
