Soliciting people on a do not call list are.(illegal) and using a fake Pseudonym (Mike Cutter) Is representation by false pretense. Missy Thats illegal. I worked at a tele-research firm same as a Marketer except we never sold anything. If you're on the FCC DNC list and a legal business keeps calling or business calls you. Well then there in lies the problem that company though just "doing" their job has broke a federal law making their operation "illegal". (email and snail mail way different story) It's really that simple, There is a reason they call it the Do not call list, it isn't just for the "bad" companies not to call. It extends to the legit ones as well.

Please remember that many people are complaining about the rash of international criminals calling to collect on fake loans. I agree that people have to pay their debts, if they're real. Also, don't forget about the debt collectors that swear, threaten arrest, call relatives, call work, insult, etc. Not exactly beacons of commerce.

i used to be a collector there they arent doing anything illegal in fact they have calls recorded which proves people complaining here are lying. if you dont wnna pay just say so, dont lie. they dont care what you do got paid regardless....smh...just be honest.

Violating federal collections laws is wrong, including failing to validate the debt, threatening your victims, and falsely pretending to be something other than the criminal excuse for debt collector that you are.

I received a letter saying I owed money for a althletic club in another state.  I never purchased a health club members and this is an entirely fraudulent company!  Do not send them money and give them any information!!! What a scam!  I know what I purchased throughout the years and it would not make sense to purchase a health club membership in a state I would never live/visit or otherwise!  They are a fake company trying to take advantage of people by saying they owe money for a debt that is not theirs!!! BEWARE!

I dont know why yall so scared to answer, i did today and very happy i did, i think the people complaining on her here need to look themselves in mirror and take some resposibility.

This number was callled to my husbands former wife, who lives in another state!  She contacted us stating Kyle Kerpan 630-282-5762 was trying to get a hold of him for "personal reasons" and that he hasn't been able to get a hold of us by phone or left messages.  I haven't tried to call because I don't want to call from a legit number that he can call back.

I just got a call from "Rich Wagner" - he called from 603-282-5762 but gave me a different number to call back. Did the usual "if you're not xx, please do not continue listening to this message..."

Message got cut off before he could say anything else.

Definitely wrong number they called but they insisted I was a person I wasn't because their white pages public records said this phone number I own and they called belonged to this other couple and they needed to talk to me so I should talk to them and tell them who I really was... PROBLEM is I am not who they say I was... and this is my cell number.  They are freaks!!  I hope they did not pay for the public records they claim they had in front of them... really rude people.  Sadly, he said he would not tell me the reason for their call as he did not want to invade the privacy of the people he was trying to get in touch with... however, he failed to realize he already told me the first and last name of the couple, street address, city and state... ummmm stupid man!

Both have him listed as "person of interest" in a attempted blackmail/extortion case. Just got a call tonight from a "Mike Petterson" trying to find my father. How did
these tool bags even find me? This guy sounded serious with a case number and everything.

Michael Cutter called my mother saying that she was listed as my fathers emergency contact. Funny thing is they have been divorced for 17 years and my mother has a different name now and their is no way my mother would be listed as an emergency contact. Beware ! He did not say why he was calling just that he needed my father to call him asap.
