Iam getting a call like my auto warranty is expired

Calling regularly on our cell phones - last two weeks.

I received unwanted calls from 603-214-3623 and 586-218-1104

The number has called me so many times all i did was scream into the phone and they stopped for about a month then started calling from a new number, now i scream into that one.

this # has kept me calling a couple of times a week and I didn't pick up because I was not familiar with the area code.

This number - 586.218.1104 - calls me about every other day, middle of the day, with an automated message about my car warranty.

Keep receiving a call from this number asking me about my expired warranty on my vehicle. I need a recording of a very loud noise now, so I can play it for them if they call again.

recording has called 3 times on my work number about a car warranty about to expire (which is impossible since my car is brand new)

Next time they call, I'm going to listen to the whole e-mail and get as much info as I can from them and see what can be found out.

THIS NUMBER CALLS ME ON MY CELL PHONE AND WHEN I TRY TO CALL BACK IT SAYS IT DOES NOT RECIEVE INCOMMING CALLS. 1-480-543-1282

This is one of many numbers they call under trying to sell you an extended warranty on your car.  When I questioned "what car are you calling about", they said a car that you have whose warranty is about to expire.  I asked again, "what car is that" and they got mad and hung up on me.   Each time they call (from different numbers), I always try and speak with them since they are wasting my time I think I should waste theirs.  They wont tell you the company and they have no idea what kind of car that you have.

I keep getting these calls from Automotive Warranty Solutions telling me my warranty has expired which I find funny because I bought my car used and there never was a warranty. The first call I got, I pressed the button to be removed from the list. But they kept calling. Then I pressed one to be connected to the service and when I asked to be removed from the list, the person hung up on me. Then the third or fourth time, I played along until she asked me for more personal info. When I asked what car they were referring to, she could not answer the question. Then she hung up. When I called the number back, a voice told me that the number was disconnected. Here are the numbers associated with this service:

Aha! I am not alone. Relentless to say the least, recently disconnected my land line, just not them, but Auto Solutions is at the top. Agreed, even if they catch me home and follow the robot voice to remove me from the call list, it does not work.  As to the above lists, now they are calling from 731.588.2771 from Martin, Tn. Oh, and my car is in fine condition and warranty expired 10 years ago. Whatta ya mean it "Going to Expire"???

They have been calling us for at least a year continously. First we just ignored it, then we hit the button over and over again. Now we are trying to tell them in person. We have a two year old and they call here at least three times a day (usually during nap times) and sometimes after 9 p.m. If you ask for a manager they generally just hang up.

My office constantly gets a phone call from this company & other companies that want to extend the warranty on my car. The thing is...They are calling our office backend phoneline. Which is only used when our main phoneline is down or some type of emergency. This number isn't given out to any agency as a private number, so it is highly doubtful that a car company or warranty place has my number associated with a vehicle.

Anyway, on most of the calls I speak to an agent that is basically like a robot. I can clearly tell he/she is reading from a script. When I politely ask to be removed from their caller list, I either get transferred to a prompt system where I input my number (and supposedly it gets removed in 72 hours) or the agent hangs up on me.

This time I spoke to a nice guy. He sounded young. I explained to him that I know he works for a scam company, but it's not his fault. I know he is just doing his job & isn't the guy in charge. I asked if he can remove my number himself because when I use the automated prompt system, my number doesn't seem to remove. I get calls daily. He also told me that there are more than 40 call centers & I have to remove my number from each center. He apologized & said that he deleted my number from HIS office.

I doubt my number was removed from his office. And I expect to still get calls. But it's frustrating that I have to waste my time with this crap.

Oh yea, the messed up thing is that our backend line (the one they constantly call) is listed in the "Do Not Call" government list. It is illegal for telemarketers to call it, yet this company & every other scam warranty place that calls is completely disregarding the law.

I was called and I asked how they knew I had a new car. The guy got real quiet and said I know what you did last summer. I have the # they called from and I did a reverse look up on it and got the names. I'm going to my lawyer now and I'm going to get to the bottom of it. This IS a phishing scam and it's illegal.

I have done this also, it seems to work so far no repeated calls yet...i'd highly recommend this to others who are having trouble

We have to do something to stop these scam artists. Think of the people who sign up. I would like participate in a suit or a police report. Any ideas??

Information for those with comcast NH as their phone service when you get a phone call from the Telemarketer after you get off the phone with them press *57 this will trace the phonecall for comcast. After the 3rd time from the same number a police report will be generated and then it will be sent to the police for followup because comcast knows about this problem. They are only giving this information out to people who call in and talk with them directly. But you have to state that you have been harrassed ie. sworn at, yelled at, and it helps if you have kids that live in or visit the household and that may pick up the phone. The key is that kids have to have a chance to encounter the phone. RECOMENDATION; no matter where you live call your local telephone provider and see if they have a simular service. If enough complaints are generated, then eventually a government agentence may take notice.

CONSTANT...talked to one friendly rep who informed me that they have 48 different call stations nation wide and in Canada. And that you have to remove/block your number from each one at a time. They all receive a call sheet from the main office every morning when they come into work. And the telemarketer call every number on the list. But the numbers are generated randomly everyday for each office. I was told that on that day my telephone number was on the list 4 times for that day again. She said that she has seen the same number as many as 12 times on one list. She was friendly and said that she only been working for the company for a few days. She also said that when she started to work for the company she had to sign up for the renewal for her car. And she is still waiting for it to come though. They said that it would be 90 to 120 days to come though. We have been yelled at and sworn at and hungup on. And dont bother asking for a supervisior they are alway in a meeting and they only have a cellphone which they will not give out by other reps.

Have been getting calls from these idiots for weeks now, finally got someone on the phone, told them I didnt have an Autosolutions warranty am wanted to be removed from there call list. Response was "O Absolutely" then he hung up.

same story here - 22 calls in 2 weeks. Pushed the REMOVE button as told but still keep calling. First call back the woman hung up on me? Don't want to sell warranties after all? 2nd call back talked to 'George'. Asked him which car - a MB (85) an BMW (non-existant) or Chrysler. He picked the newer Chrysler. Asked about company - was told it was Auto Nations. Asked for the phone# - uuuuhhh, stuttering that the lines were down and then HE HUNG UP. These WARRANTY WACKO's are up to no good.
My conclusion is after reading all your post's that all they want is some easy credit card info.
I am going to report this to the FTC and hope you do too.......

The "Auto Solutions" Telemarketing Scam Reps have sworn at me any number of times with screams of obscenities when I make voice contact and complain.

I have received as many as 12 calls in one day. I once played along and asked for info. They recorded robot voice says that my car warranty is about to expire and that I need to renew immediately or lose my coverage.

When I answer and talk, I ask the "Auto Solutions" Telemarketer Jerk which car the warrantee needs to be renewed on, and the "Auto Solutions" Telemarketing Call Rep says "All of them" I ask which model is expiring right now and these WORTHLESS "Auto Solutions" Morons Scum Bag Lying Cheating As*es, say the info is confidential until they get my CREDIT CARD INFO first including Name, Number Expiration, Codes on Back, Mothers Maiden Name and a Bank Account Check Routing Number, Only then can the "Auto Solutions" Telemarketing Call Department verify and give me the model and vin numbers.

I MADE UP names Numbers Accounts info, Then the "Auto Solutions" Telemarketing woman said a Representative will call back IN ONE WEEK!!!!!!

Someone shoplifts a Lipstick from Walmart they are arrested on the Spot. Yet Total Complete Criminals such as "Auto Solutions" can Call relentlessly and steal credit info with Joyous Abandon!!!!
