man with broken english, very hard to understand accent, called at dinner time. claimed he was calling for  a poll. i said "excuse me, please remove me from your list. we are on the no call list and do not accept this kind of call." and hung up.
he called back immediately.

the fact that he called back immediately after being informed we did not want this sort of call is annoying.

Man with thick accent called (before noon on Sunday) and says he is not making a sales call but taking a poll. So I hang up. He calls back immediately and said "I'm sorry, we got disconnected. May I continue?" and proceeds to continue without being given permission.

I said "You may not continue. We do not accept this type of call and please do not call back again."

Concern comes not from the call, but from the fact that he called back after I hung up.
