They have called me repeatedly over the past several weeks, many times per day.  Nobody speaks when I pick up the phone.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry.

they call and ask for my wife by name. !st time they said they were the police and my wife had donated in the past. The second time he just said his name was Jacob. My wife didn't speak to him either time. He sounded as if I caught him off guard.

get these people to stop calling ..STOP CALLING

This number called a Ohio Number that I call from my cell phone, I have never gave this number that they called to anyone. So how are they getting the numbers off of my call records to call the same people that I call. I get a recording that says I cant reach them do to not having enough money on my account. Well I dont have a prepay account and the person in Ohio doesnt not either, they get the same message as me. I think this a hacker of some sorts.

What a pain.  Who wants to keep running for the phone for nothing.

My mother keeps getting calls from this phone number. I did a web search and it said it was from "Level 3 Communication, LLC" in Michigan in the Detroit area. The web address is www.level3.com. Go to their contact page and you can "contact" them to leave a complaint. I did. Sounds like fraud to me. My mother thinks it is for a charity she donated to in the past however, why would they hang up every time we answer?

This is a call center. I finally spoke to someone after I received several silent calls.  It is at least  used by  
Paralyzed veterans for fundraising. I don't know if any organizations are using this center.

What is the 800 no call list?  I don't think I've hear of it.

I call that line 3 * from 3 different phones you're right  you can't call that number from any line I wonder why that is possible

how come this person can call me but,,, when I try to call this person back my phone says I have insufficient funds to make this call. that  does not make sense

Getting calls from all sorts of different area codes. Now that we've placed our number on the 800 no call list they simply change the 1st 3 numbers! Now we get calls from former 1-800 numbers who use 223,334 or one of several others!?! Make them stop!!!!

Phone calls about three times a day. No noise at All on the other end. Then it just cuts out
