Recieved call at 7:47 on Jan 5, 2010. I didn't pick up, but my phone indicated that a voice mail message had been left. I went into the message, but no one spoke and they didn't hang up for 3 minutes!

Got a call said they were the United States Coast Guard.......and were sending a notice of violation with requirement for payment....

apparently wanted me to come in to get a free gym membership... "my number was given to them by a friend"

I work at a competing gym.... no one would give them my number.
