Keep getting phone calls on my cell from this number.  States his name is "Victor" and needs a phone call back.  There are times when he is very rude.  Have not called back

same scenario...call Victor back..left the number no information or company name etc. Called on my biz line.  I did not call back.

CALLED AND SAID NAME WAS VICTOR AND WANTED A CALL BACK. NO COMPANY INFO OR ANYTHING ELSE. DID NOT RETURN CALL.

Same as the "Victor" call, except mine was "Kim" and was one digit off.  Part of a phone bank.  Did not call back to find out.

caller calls and says his name is 'victor' and wants a return call. no further details or company name or anything.....
