They (Chase) call multiple times per day per 7days, after arrangements had been made.  Just do not answer or push "Reject" if on a cell phone.

Every two weeks I make a car payment my finance company calls me every single day  even with  more arrangements to pay extra, now they calling  my kids !! I will never buy another car

Never again will I loan, borrow or anything else from Chase. They have made me feel like a bad person. Well hello its America and we are all having a hard economic crisis. Stop sending $$$ to help every country that's poor because we are now. America help us. Wtf is wrong with that. We are the ones who struggle so they don't have to. Well what about me and my family and kids

I do not even have a loan with Chase auto and they continuously call me everyday.  I purchased a phone (pay as you go) from Walmart and the only thing I can figure out is that somebody else had the number previous to my purchase.  Chase is burning my minutes and it is really upsetting.  I wish something could be done to stop this type of intimidation.  

Please stop calling my cell & leaving no message.

Called 10/2/2013 for a teacher in an elementary school.  Would not leave a message, go to voice mail or let us take a message.  Said they would "call back later". It's Chase Auto Finance.

This is Chase Auto and they call several times a day and never leave a message.  If you are going to call, you should always leave a message.  They do not! Last payment and I am thrilled not to have to deal with them again.  They hound you to death!  If you can avoid dealing with them , do so.  The people are usually nice, but they have some bad apples too.  Never was over 10 days late, paid all late charges, but they still hound you after being 4 days late!  Hounding is they call your work, they call your cell phone, they call and call and call.  Even on Sundays they call!

Chase Auto Finance.  These idiots keep calling me on a car I traded in and no longer own.  These people are horrible, do not get a loan through them unless you want to be harassed and called 20 times a day.

Chase starts calling me the day after my payment is due. I've been making late (but full) payments for the last couple of months due to being laid off. Because of this, I've dealt with several different collection agents. Not one of them has been understanding or even nice about the situation. They call me and hang up on my voicemail so many times they've filled my entire voicemail in a 12 hr period. Weekends, holidays, work calls,  they don't care. One of them (Brian) even called my EX husband and told him I had lost my job and told him to pay it. He isn't a co signer or even on my loan!! They took his name off my application (he was listed as a reference). I can't wait until I'm done paying off this loan so I can file a complaint with the AG. They go above and beyond to harass their customers. What they do is illegal and they don't care. I will never use Chase again. I'd rather ride the bus.

This company calls constantly almost 24/7.  Even after you make arrangements with them, they still don't stop calling.  This is harrasment.

I use the incessant barrage of phone calls that begins 5 seconds after my auto loan payment is due as a reminder to pay, since they seem to have stopped sending me actual bills.

It's Chase Auto Finance. BTW, they call it CHASE, because that's what they'll do to you if your even 5 minutes late!!!

Ridiculous that this number calls 100 times a day no matter what day or what time and its automated.  Give it rest its called HARASSMENT!

I put into place an agreement with Chase Auto Finance as I was
disabilitied due to an industrial accident that should a payment
be late it will be rolled into the next months payment. Accepted
by CAF after I went into my branch and set this up in person,
CAO called. When I explained the situation I was told: "There
was no time to look at the screen before the call went out". The
Response then shifted to: "Tell me again." When I requested
the Supervisor I was transferred to a "Senior Accounting
Representative". This person then asked if I wanted a Supervisor
to speak with. I told them to backtrace the agreement put into
place, and if they continued to place harassing phone calls to
me I will pursue legal action. They called at 8:10 this morning;
Looks like my first call on Monday will be to my attorney. Lastly,
This 4 year loan will be paid off in Februaury, less than three
months from now .... Beware doing business with CAF even
when they agree to a modification - their information sharing
between internal divisions is lacking, which causes unwarranted
Problems for their customers.

They left message, I returned call. The first thing they asked for was account number or my social security number.  I refused to give them my social and he said how am I supposed to look up your information. I said try my name. Needless to say they had NO information on me.

I agree with everyone. I was a week late on a payment and actually made it on the phone when the lady called after the 6th time that day. What is really bad is that I got more calls the next day reminding me that my next payment was due in another week. This was on a Sunday so I went off on the lady who then transferred me to someone else. I realize they are doing their job, but there is no need for them to be as rude and talk to me the way that they do. I will never do business with Chase again. My entire family is complaining about their customer service. My mom was going to use her income tax money to pay off her loan early and they conveniently messed that up three times and drug it out longer than it should have taken. It didn't make that much difference but that just accrued more interest to the suckers. I'm done with them. My 9 year old niece answered their phone one day and they told her that if her daddy didn't make his car payment that someone was going to come get it. That scared her to death. She didn't remember their name so all we could do was call and complain and of course they say that their calls are monitored and nothing like that would be said. Very convenient.

The number is Chase Auto finance.  They are desperate and think that everyone is going to default on their loan with them.  The calls will start after day 1 of being late.  And when I say late, I don't mean 30 days credit report late... So now I just pay them when I can before the 30 day mark... keep calling you idiots... you go right to voicemail.

I believe Chase is in violation of the last one....repeatedly use the phone to annoy someone!

Yes, it's Chase Auto Finance. I have perfect credit and only 12 payments left but I lost my job and as soon as my payment was 1 day late the phone calls started. They start at 8:00am and they call every 2 hours until 9:00pm. Even if you have talked to someone they still call. I mean really, my financial situation has not changed in the last 2 hours. I consider this harassment. Fair warning.....DO NOT USE CHASE AUTO FINANCE!!!

Chase has called me 10-15 times a day for the past three days...It starts the day you are late and continues until your payment is processed with late fees...If you make the payment, but fail to make the late fees they still keep calling until they are paid....Terrible company to do business with these days it is hard enough to buy a car and to be a few days late they should respect the fact they are getting their money before the next payment is due!!!!!

its a violation of fair debt practices act.  report them to the Attorney General's office in your state.  Also, you can make a complaint through the National Do Not Call Registry database!

They are CONSTANTLY calling me telling me I'm late with my payment. I checked my online banking and I have NOT missed a payment.  There were a few months I even made two. On the topic of them NOT updating I can totally relate. I've tried telling them for the last 2 years I'm divorced and went back to my maiden name. When they call I tell them. Even after I tell them they still call me by my former (married) name. I have to keep telling them I am no longer "Mrs. Smith" I'm sorry Mrs. Smith what would you like us to call you.... GRRR and I'm constantly having to tell them my mailing address since my billing coupons are going to my ex husband who refuses to call to let them know. He keeps telling me it's my car and to do it himself yet he's the one that wants the coupons to stop going to them. When I get my next car I am DEFINATELY NOT using Chase. They are complete IDIOTS!! I am going on YELP once my car is paid off to warn everyone how horrible Chase is for having a loan with.

They call my husbands cell phone several times a day. The thing is all of our vehicles are paid off and have been for 3 years. None of them were financed with Chase at all. They never ask for me and my husband though. It's always some weird French sounding name. I explain to the person calling that we do not know who this person is and that they are calling a wrong number but they keep calling and I keep blocking the number lol

Is this a legit number? 602-221-6139. My husband has been hounded by Chase and he isnt even behind on payments!!!!  They call him and say he is 18 days late....which is untrue...and yet he got a statment saying that he is curent on his payments. So whats the deal?

This company calls and leaves messages on my answering machine and it is quite embarrassing since My entire household can hear them.

Everytime I am a few days late with my payment the calls  start coming I going to add it to my don't call list. I  been making car payments for 5 yrs on the same car one more year to go. I've paid twice as much as my car  is worth they still call 4 to 5 times a day. Now my car is in the shop to get fix and I don't have any money to pay to fix and I have 300.00 a month pay till to pay.
