I worked for this company from 7/23/2009-10/14/2009. Don Burkhart, his company and his defective products he sells is a bunch of crap!!!  DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY EVER!!! FLAG ANY CRAIGLIST POSTING FOR SPAM BECAUSE THERE IS NO MR. TANGO, MR SMITH OR ANY BU***HIT NAMES THEY USE!!  They are not real people, just made up names to get you to call them!! They make it seem like you have a great job making good money for the first few months then they try playing games and when you try and do something about it they fire you for no reason! Perfect example of something is the sales "bonus" program its bu***hit!! I was promised 300 dollars but only saw 100 of it.. Asked Burkharts wife about got a bu***hit excuse, asked to meet with Don about it never happen, then 2 days later he fired me!  SO basically stay away from there its a joke and the employees are all ex or current drug addicts and  convicted felons. The atmosphere is horrible, the management is fake and seem to faking being happy, plus the building is small, the phone room is a freaking boiler room! Its tiny and the cram 30 people in there and expect to get some kind of production. The place only has 1 restroom!!! WTF?? 1 bathroom for 40 employees, good luck going to the restroom on your 15min break its not going to happen.

SO hopefully this is enough to convince ANYONE that is working with the company,planning to work with the company, and ANYONE planning to do business with this company!!!

And if its not i have plenty more that I can post for you!!!!

I worked for this company for a period of about three weeks in December 2009, and let me tell you I spent three weeks in HELL. The workplace atmostphere was FOUL - filthy language used all around me, filthy restroom (and I mean ONE restroom for about thirty people, all trying to get in there during a ten minute break!) we had to share headsets (UGH) and the female supervisors were VILE. I tried to complain to the boss Mark, who told me I had to "fake it and pretend to be happy" despite the horrible conditions. He then asked me for a hug, and when I refused, he grabbed me in a full body hug anyway. I was very upset by this, and went back to work, muttering under my breath, and the jerk fired me. They also tried to cheat me out of my last check - I actually had two. They tried to give me only the one for $30, and I threatened to call the Glendale Police, when they "miraculously found" the check I had for almost $200. The EEOC refused to help me, because RK West told them I had been fired for "foul language," though I had been COMPLAINING about foul language, and they said that the uninvited, unwelcome and unwanted full body hug from the BOSS wasn't serious enough for them to intervene and do any kind of an investigation. I would ask EVERYONE to NOT do business with this company. And I would NOT recommend that ANYONE try to get a job with them - their salesmen work ONLY on commission, so they are NOT interested in getting you the best deal.

RK West has called my brand new telephone number (had it two weeks) at least 4 times. The last call was today (Sunday) at 5:30 pm. The message said I had been called in error. I tried to call the number back and the line rang busy.

I received a call from 602-393-1324 a little after 8PM.  Came across the above address and phone number after googling the company.  I called 602-841-2801 and spoke with a female who was very nice in the beginning.  After asking her a couple of questions to verify the company, I requested to be removed from her call list (4th request) otherwise a formal complaint would be filed with the AZ Attorney General's Office.  I also mentioned that after the information I found out about the company, and the sex offender who works for them, the last thing they need is additional legal issues.  She agreed, told me my number would be removed and hung up.  We'll see.  Hope the above information helps.

Received this call from 602-242-1868 at 12:56p on Nov 2. the caller ID said RK West. As soon as I answered, I got the message you have been called in error. We apologize. Then the message clicks off.

Number called me claiming to be a woman named "Marny"? And kept asking me if she could talk to the homeowner.

I told her to quit calling my number and that she had mistaken me for someone else, and she hung up.

I answered their call and their recording told me "sorry you have been called in error, thank you and have a nice day"  wtf!

I received a call the other day from Rhino Kirby West in Phoenix Arizona they promised they were a new company trying to get the word out about their carpet cleaning services. They asked if they could set an appointment to clean two rooms for free. I figured I?d sit through a demo for about an hour and get my carpet cleaned for free, so I agreed.

Michael Thomas showed up to the door with a gray case.... he was poorly groomed but well spoken introduced himself and said he was here to clean the carpets. After the fast talking demo we sensed a high pressure sales pitch coming so we started to show disinterest. He was in my house for almost 2 hours wasting my time, he even called his Imaginary Manager on the phone which he reduced the price from $2199 to $1499 then to selling us the demo for even better and better terms.

After an unrelenting sales pitch Mike walked up to me and I told them I'd have to pass. By the way he looked at me, I could tell he was upset, but who wouldn?t be it?s 110 degrees out here in Phoenix and he is lugging this equipment door to door.  As he walked out he gave me this very evil look, I?ll never forget it.  The way he looked at me seemed very threatening. He seemed like a very angry and disturbed man. I got on Google the minute he left and you?ll never guess what I found on Arizona Department of Public Safety website he was a level 2 child molester recently released from prison. This is the information Rhino Kirby West neglects to tell you when you set up an appointment. SHAME ON YOU!

Allow me to shed some light on this.  This guy ?Donald Burkhardt? is a real gem.  Actually; he?s a jerk as you can tell by his replies.

The phone call is to schedule an appointment to Sell you a Kirby Vacuum cleaner.  They never tell you that.

Oh and ?Mr. Miller? does not even exist!!! It is another one of their tools they use to try and pressure you into buying the vacuum. Its is all a lie; they spend an hour or two trying to sell it then if you don?t buy they call ?Mr. Miller? and pretend to be asking for a special onetime deal.  They do this over and over until you say yes or kick them out of your house. They continue to do this and keep reducing the price until it is less than half of the original quote.  The Fake Mr. Miller is supposed to be sympathetic to the salesman who is trying to win a contest.  What a Crock!

Bottom line, Don?t let them in your house, don?t schedule an appointment and don?t even be polite to them as they have no respect for the customer at all.
