Mike from ESA left a message on my machine (sounded live, not recorded) saying that he had been trying to reach me and could lower my utility bills, call him at 877-214-6378.

No thanks. One thing I've learned over the years is that whenever someone calls and says "Have I got a deal for you!", it is always a better deal for them than for me.

Calls and a message shows up on the machine, no words, just noise.

Called and my wife answered as it was a local call.  They asked for me by name and she passed the phone to me.  The lady said this is from such and such and asked if I was the home owner then she said the  govenment has a program to save homeowners money.  I immediately said that I am on a do not call list and I did not want this call.  She said that she said the numbers just come up on her screen and would put me on their do not call list.  I told her that they should not be calling me in the first place and should honor the list before it is called.  I added this number to my blocked call list.

I am on the Federal "Do Not Call" and there's supposed to be a penalty associated with these type of calls but the feds do nothing when I've reported these calls. The penalty is up to $16,000 per violation by the feds keep that instead of those of us who are the victims. At least half the money should go to the victims, even more when we do all the investigative work like this.

When I answered, the caller just said my husbands name.  (Not even "Hello, can I speak with _ _ _ ".  He just said his name.  I said, "he's unavailable right now, can I help you or take a message?"  Well the idiot hung up!  What the heck?!  I was nice and police and all he said was my husbands name and ends up hanging up.  People are so rude anymore.  I took down the number, so I WILL remember it!!

Caller asked for me by name. Said she was from Energy Savings Alliance and I hung up.

They have called for the past year, and have been reported 3 times to the AZ Attorney General's Office but
they still seem to be in the crummy business of installing roof-top panels with tax credit promises.

Idiots calling from "ESA" about energy products and saving on your utility bills. Scammers, don't even answer and do not call back, they have a machine and if you don't block your number, they'll simply know that it's valid and keep calling.
