I just went to the Better Business Bureau's website and obtained additional information. The call center managers name is Mike Rehak at 855 889 6567. Other people are having the same problem with this firm. You can check it out at Energy Savings Alliance Review:

Something to do with energy audits. They call constantly using this number and several others. I tried to report this to the Arizona Attorney Generals office and the FTC. This is a colossal waste of time as these are two useless government agencies funded by our taxes that accomplish nothing. I don't understand why, whoever is making these annoying phone calls can't be tracked down, sued, and thrown in jail. There was a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau #9088417 which was traced to a company called Energy Savings Alliance located at 4646 East Van Buren St. #100 Phoenix, Az. and another address at 3941 E. Chandler Blvd. Suite 106/153 Chandler, Az. I turned this information over to both government agencies and got nowhere.  

I got another call from this number today, just a hang up at my machine. The third call. Seems they are calling every fifth day and a hang up when the machine kicks in.
