Phone no. 602-445-1994 left on my cell phone with no msg.  When I called 6024451994 I vyd last four of ss#, they wanted me to vry my addr. I asked them what medical dept they were collecting for she would not tell me/  She said if I did not vry addr. she could not spk with me.  I adv since I don't know what medical company she is calling for I will not gv out my personal info.  She would still not tell me what medical dept. she is calling for.  I ended conv... Identity Theft begins this way...Why would she not tell me at least what medical office she was collecting for????

I keep getting calls from both 602-445-1984 & 602-445-1994.  I do not answer unknown calls and they never leave a message.  I do not have any outstanding healthcare costs so this must be a scam for getting information and/or money from unsuspecting people.  They keep calling me so I am next going to answer and threaten to sue for harrassment as this is a cell phone :)

This company keeps calling sometimes blocking their number the second call,  I have not had any mailings regarding outstanding bills and they continue to harass me for no reason.  I feel its a fraudulent company- will report to Atty Gen Terry Goddard's office.

no messages are ever left very annoying, when you call it is not identified who the company is, therefore I hang up can not be important!!!!!

This number is legitimate as of end of May 2010.  They are a collection agency for medical providers, which is why they cannot release ANY information to you until you can identify yourself.  BTW they were very polite and accommodating with information once they knew it was me.  

They invited me to call the doctor's office and pay through them, if I wish, and did not insist I pay the amount through them.  So that's what I did - and the doc's office verified they are legit.

they never tell me what bill it is for and never leave a message so i will not pay a bill that they will not tell me what bill it for

I am a vet and always use the vets hospital or clinics. I have had this phone number since 1988...I have NO medical bills, but they won't stop calling, and won't say who they are looking for, that is, when they don't hang up after I answer. If this is how they do collections, I don't know how they are still there.

I get the same as everyone else, answer the call & there is no-one on the line.  I believe it is HCI, which also spends a great deal of $$ sending me paper bills.  Not a professional company at all!  My message even states my first and last name, so there is no reason for them to not leave a message.

These people call, and when I answer, there's nobody there. They don't leave a message. They call a couple of times a day, a couple of times a week. I think it's HCI, a debt collector for Banner. I'm already making payments to them, because Banner refused to let me make payments. If I'm already making payments, why are they bugging me?

They called...I answered...they hung up and introduced me to "Dial Tone".  I have no idea who they are or why they are calling my number since I live in Louisiana and never made debt in Arizona

I do not know who is calling me from this number, but when I call back it just rings, or they pick and never say's anything.

The same thing for me. If this is a collection agency from the hospitals, that would make sense because I was in a very bad accident and rushed to the ER. HOWEVER, it is completely unprofessional to call EVERYDAY and not leave a voicemail. I don't answer numbers I don't know, especially if they don't leave messages. And if they call again, I'm going to answer, tell them my lawyers number AGAIN, and tell them to quit calling.

Unexpected medical bills [ie from accidents etc] are not able to go against your credit. They are seen as an unforeseen event, at least in the state of AZ, and if they don't start acting a little bit more professional, I'm going to tell them I want a payment plan of $1 per month. If they refuse, then the debt is dropped by law. Haha.

I HAVE RECEIVED MULTIPLE CALLS FROM THESE PEOPLE REGARDING AN OLD BILL WHICH I AM CURRENTLY PAYING OFF. WHEN I CALLED THEM BACK, THE MAN WAS RUDE AND BASICALLY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I TOLD HIM I COULD NOT PAY MORE THAN I ALREADY WAS. HE SAID THEY HAD SENT A LETTER STATING THAT THEY WERE TAKING OVER THE BILL. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD RE-SEND THE LETTER AND HE TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE ORIGINAL.

After three phones calls (by 1pm, no less) from this company, I filled a complaint against them at the FTC website listed above. It's pretty simple, less than five minutes, and it made me feel soooo much better.

Since this is a third party collection agency, you can stop them by letting them know the next time they call you are reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission for refusing to validate the alledged debt they are calling about:

809.  Validation of debts   [15 USC 1692g]

(a) Within five days after the initial communication with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt, a debt collector shall, unless the following information is contained in the initial communication or the consumer has paid the debt, send the consumer a written notice containing --

(1) the amount of the debt;

(2) the name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed;

(3) a statement that unless the consumer, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, disputes the validity of the debt, or any portion thereof, the debt will be assumed to be valid by the debt collector;

This "business" calls my cell phone for my mother wanting payment. I told them to send a itemized bill and we will pay. They call me 4-5 times a day. I tell them same thing but they never send a bill. Is there anyway this can be stopped. They are harassing me and my elderly mother!

i get calls from this number a few times a day, its very annoying. i even have a payment plan with the actual hospital for my actual bill, but this number still calls.. i ignore it, as annoying as it is..

the phone number calls and as soon as i answer i have nothing, not even a ring tone on the other end. i call it back it gives me an option to be removed from the calling list if i press 2,as soon as i do, it hangs up!

This number will call my cell multiple times per day and when I answer and say hello the call automatically disconnects.

I get calls from this number at least once or twice each day.  Nobody is ever on the other end of the line -- or at least nobody says anything.  I am about to report this to the phone company, as it is extremely annoying.

Ok, I just got a call, I called them back from another number.
First you get a recorded call that explains they are attempting to collect a debt. The recording requests that you stay on the line, and then a guy named Craig wanted to know what phone number they were dialing that I want them to take off the list. So I told them, we'll see if it makes a difference...

This is a debt consumer firm for medical facilities in AZ.  They are not actually a collection agency but debt consuming group.  No report is submitted on your credit.  There attempts are to help you make arrangments to play the remaining balance of bill that you, as an indivdual owe.  I am working with them at this time to pay off a mall amount owed the Sierra Vista Hospital in Okla.  This would not have happened if one of the billing clerks at the doctor office had entered the wrong payment code on the insurance claim.  Tried to get the Doctors office with the help of my insurance company to change the code to no prevail.  Hope this helps, like I said not an actual collection agency they are easy and friendly to work with.
