I check my checking account daily. To my surprise, I see a $11.89 charge from this company that I've never heard of!!!!  I will press charges after contacting my bank to reverse this charge!  It pays to check your account often for charges such as this that show up!

Same thing, Ranjer Joes contact me and told me about their system and saw the same thing, ulcwebdesign.  My bank is already working the issue.  I never received a call (as of yet).  I plan on emailing Ranger Joes to thank them for their quick response and to give them details so they further advise customers.

Please call your Federal & State Law Enforcement to nail this scumbag.  I have cancelled my card and advised my bank to investigate.  Can you imagine how many folks this fraudulent company has ripped-off.  $11.89 may not raise a red flag, but think about 11.89 times thousands or millions.  Makes me sick.

My credit card was also compromised.  Thanks for the info. on reporting this.  I just filed a complaint. I hope that the entity that is doing this fraudulent activity is caught and becomes responsible for compensating all who were taken advantage of.  I am a senior citizen who can't afford some slime's desires to con others.  I have cancer, have gone through chemo and now this mess!!!

I also was charged by MCA Templates, but it was a pending charge so I cancelled the card. But, I also sent a complaint to the Attorney General's office in AZ, and filed a complaint w/the BBB of AZ to let them know that of this scam.  When I googled their name and found hundreds of other people's credit card info was also stolen by this company and all the aka's they have, etc., I was really upset to know I was just another victim and they are still doing it! They charged my card jsut yesterday!I called the BBB and spoke to a lady there who says there have been only 8, yes 8, complaints against MCA Templates filed and 5 were resolved.  That made me very angry b/c obviously this is a widespread serial scam and as far as the BBC of AZ is concerned, they are in good standing b/c only 8 complaints have been filed and MCA Templates has made reasonable effort to resolve them! So, obviously, if you are a victim of their scam, you must file a complaint with the BBC so they can understand the magnitude of this situation and that MCA Templates are criminals that need to be put out of business and prosecuted.

Same situation here, I've shopped with Ranger Joes before, received the email about their systems being hacked, and now this fraudulent charge on my credit card from ulcwebdesign.com.  Contacted the bank immediately to dispute the charge and issue me a new card.  Currently in the process of filing an Internet Crime Complaint as suggested above.  Go to www.ic3.gov and file a complaint if this happens to you!  We'll get these scum of the earth waste of life do***ebags!

Wow, apparently this unknown company that is attempting to steal $11.89 from my debit card has put me in a rather large community.
Yep, another victim of these scumbags.
Man, I love internet research!
Anyway, got a notice from Ranger Joe's International (military supply outlet I use for work) saying their database was hacked and to be on alert for any fraudulent charges... well, caught this one 3 hours off.
I'll call my bank (Bank of America) and have them dispute it and issue another card after I hit the ATM and get enough cash to live on until the new card gets in.
I had a similar thing happen a year and a half ago with some DJ download company in England charging a total of $57 in 5 separate charges.
The Bank refunded my money and issued another card but the inconvenience and not to mention I had no money for 5 days was a strain on my family and myself.
The scumbags need to be stopped!
Even if you settle up with the bank it's IMPORTANT to pursue these criminals before they do this to others.
The FBI has a website set up to handle this very thing. Please visit http://www.ic3.gov/ and file a complaint. Enough complaints get logged for this ULCWEBDESIGN scam and they WILL do something about it!
Please, go to http://www.ic3.gov/ and file a report!

Oh NO!  I just looked at my bank statement and saw suspicious 11.89 charge from a www.ulcwebdesign. Never heard or dealt with them. I clicked on the  website and got this same number.  I tried numerous times calling them and never got an answer, only a busy signal.  It also, interestingly enough, led me to search previous months on my banking statements and found that every other month for the past 6 months the same charge and number appeares.  I really was upset at myself for not being more observant with my banking statements, but at least now I know. So, people beware!  Keep checking your banking statements  for this number and logo!

I received the same $11.89 charge on my bank account on 2/27/08(which I am disputing) and I too called the phone number only to get the "all operators are busy..." message.  I have no idea who these people are, but hopefully if enough fraud victims report them, they'll be stopped!

I didn't get a call from this number, but I did get a fraudulent charge to my MasterCard on 2/5/2008. MasterCard has canceled that card and will be prosecuting this asshat who is charging people randonmly. I'm sure someone sold him my credit card information. On my credit card statement it listed www.ulcwebdesign.com so I went to that site. On the "Contact Us" section I ran a search for the phone number I found there. That lead me here and to tons of sites such as RipoffReport.com stating this was a fraud.

Wow!  Now I know why they don't answer my e-mails or calls.  This is such a valuable site! I did look up Better Business Bureau to see if ULC had any complaints and there were none listed.  There will be.  Thanks for all the info.  (didn't get a phone call, just a random charge on my credit card bill.)

I received a charged of $10.65 on a MasterCard on 12/11/07 by U.L.C. Solutions, 602-476-1845, AZ.  I have no idea who or what they are.  I have closed the account and disputed the charge with MasterCard.  Called the phone number several times and heard the same message regarding all operators are busy and please e-mail us.  Not giving them any additional information.

I gathered some information on ULC Solutions (www.ulcwebdesign.com) and MCA Templates (www.mcatemplates.com) both are the exact same web layout, registered to a Steve Rogan in Scottsdale, Arizona. Here are the other complaint websites you might want to take a look at for your own personal records should you pursue further action. I know I will be using them as evidence. They also contain other information on different businesses that are fraudulently charging accounts the same way ULC/MCA has.

http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r19620593-Ebo ... ePluto~start=40

http://www.broadbandreports.com/forum/r196205 ... ePluto~start=60

Again, doing my own research, I found other companies or rather fake companies with the exact same carbon copy webpage as ULC and MCA.

Here is the link to that page: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r19620593-Almost-a-Cyber-Mule

Also, at http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/293/RipOff0293154.htm there is a report made about one of the carbon copy businesses charging accounts, SENSATE TECHNOLOGY. Apparently in this report, people who have made purchases on the internet whose websites are hosted by "Free Merchant.com, (owned by Digital River Inc.)" are being charged due to the fact that Digital River's database has been breached/hacked into. Also, it seems that Digitial River is aware of the problem. I don't know if they are doing anything about it but I thought that I should let everyone know what I've found out about these companies and how it all possibly happened. I just couldn't rest with just the banks cancelling of my card. I thought more should be done for us, who are being victimized and want to pursue further legal actions.

To safeguard yourself further, when you go to websites, check on the bottom of the page for copyright information. It's possible that it is affilliated with Digital River.

If I can locate affiliates or other websites associated with Digital River I'll let you al know.

I was charged $11.89 on my check card on 1/13/08 by ULC Solutions who is also using different company names such as MCA Templates. I have never spoken to or purchased anything from this company online (wwww.ulcwebdesigns.com). I tried calling the said phone numbers and sent an email and I have gotten no response back. I reported it to my bank and cancelled my card.

Go to http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-623-444-2964/2#p3Y0lZg3ymAD_PAjKK3ojkA   for more information about these fraudulent acts that I've posted.

I filed reports with not only my bank but with the Arizona Attorney General and FTC. I will also contact my local agencies and Better Business Bureau

I know it may seem like $11 isn't too big of an amount to start up such a ruckus but if you think about how many other victims there are in the this world from these companies it does add up to quite a bit of money. It's the principal of the situation that is important. I think a class action suit can be made here.
