I didnt answer but they left a VM. They are bill colectors for APS

not sure if this is the number ecived from but my mom got it on her phone and she lives in CA, i live in AZ.    2 numbers listed in voicemail.  First one is APS number and 2nd one is a talk to any girl number.

The # is APS. A recording left a msg stating my account was past due & I have until the next business day to avoid service interuption.

Little confused b/c I just started service last month & received my first bill last week. So they seem to be threatening to shut off service if they dont receive payment on the day you receive the bill???

I just received call Friday late afternoon so I cant address until MOnday.

Thought I would share info, if you have received your first bill and not paid yet it seems they will shut off power when in the 2nd billing cycle. If were paying for the previous month, how can we be past due when we havent even completed the billing cycle for the 2nd month?

Might want to call APS... the recording only can be left on voicemail it seems bc when I answered from # earlier in day, the line disconnected immediately.

I just moved to Arizona from the eastabout six weeks ago. I disconnected my old cell phone number and got a new Arizona number four days ago. Suddenly I am receiving phone calls from this number. When I answered, they hung up. The 2nd and 3rd calls were hang up calls with no message left. I don't have any credit issues and I certainly don't have any new debts in Arizona yet.

Just got a call from that number and didn't answer.  Decided to google it and this is the first search result.  No message left, btw. And as a side not I'm not an APS customer.

I just got a call from 602-674-6400 on my cell phone.  I was not able to pick it up, and no message was left, so I don't know who it was.  Every time I call it back, I get a polite message that "All circuits are busy, please try your call again later.  Announcement 8648-1".  No identity on who is indicating the busy cirtuit, Verizon (my cell carrier), or just who.

Given the other posts on this page, this is looking very bogus.  Who would set things up this way?  Bizarre...

I did not answer but when I called back on several attempts, I only got a busy signal.
