My phone rang when I was not at home.  Caller ID said A Full Service Loc and the number.  If it is someone trying to collect for the FOP, why a locksmith?  The number is from out of my area code, so I wouldn't give them anything, anyway.  If I wanted to contribute to a police department, it would be my local PD and not one in some far away place.  

Another number to add to my Pro Call Blocker's blacklist.

I got a call asking for donation to the Fraternal Order of Police=when I told him I was on a fixed income he told me F--- you and hung up on me

This caller said his name was Brian with the Fraternal Order of Police and they were requesting donations for the fallen officers.  I hung up googled the number it appears that are using the number of a A Full Service Lock Smith Company in Chandler, Arizona.  So I called the number back and another guy answered the phone and thanked me for calling back.  I asked him if they were a full service lock smith and he said no mam, I told him to remove my number from his list.  I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST>  

Sd they want donations for FOP bumper stickers. Not az POLICE but for the POLICE brother hood.. Some company in NJ. Refused to answer questions and began to stutter, advised I would report to attorney general tomorrow and shut this con down.  

This number may have been spoofed as it appears to come from A Full Service Locksmith of Chandler, AZ.

I had a missed call, so I called back. He thanked me for calling back immediately, (which wasn't) and wouldn't stop talking when the phone was breaking up. And all I could say is both my parents are working then he hung up. That's nice but either way I don't live with them.
