I received a call today from this number.  I live in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.  It was a recorded message that does not state the company nor their telephone number during the call.  On my call display it read, "Out Of Area", and the number 1-603-214-3346.  The message said t reduce the interest on your credit card you were to press "1".  (Note:  I don't have any credit cards!)  

I have reported this online to both the United States FCC, and the Canadian Do Not Call Registry by filing complaints.  

I am not spending the money to call some long distance number that is not toll free and asking them to please take my number off their list.  They should not be calling me in the first place.

Recorded message telling me it was an urgent call, they had been trying unsuccessfully to reach me, last chance to lower my credit card rates before my eligibility expires. Press 1 to talk to a live person, 2 to allow my eligibility to expire. I am on Canadian Do Not Call list. Reported them.

They keep calling stating that they are from my Credit Card company. They say that I have won money and that they just need to verify my information.

I keep telling them that this is fraud, but dont you know they call back every day!!  How to get them to stop?

Same indian accent female called 4 times from a previous 3 trying to "verify" my credit card info so that i cam claim my "free" gas card. first of all i dont have a credit card and second of all i dont drive. just leave me alone!!!!

got this call today on my work phone.  I accepted the call.  it sounded like someone picked up the phn, pressed a few buttons, put me on hold, it happened again.  Finally, someone answered and said "Hi, how are you today?", then I got disconnected.  So, I called the number back and got a recording to stop receiving the call.

I received almost 3 times in a day in the month of May 2010 from the number 603 214 3346. Again I received on 3-June-2010 from the same number I was at work didn't know the s**t of it and picked to understand if it was any my friends from east coast. A lady spoke to me for 1 minute mentioning my last 4 digit credit card and then handed over to her supervisor. That supervisor spoke in different ascent (not really Indian ascent) but that person voice was very(I am assuming it was she!!!). She asked my home address,full name and asked to spell it. I didn't give her and asked where she is calling from. She told "GLOBAL REWARDS" and went bla bla... She initially told 1 minute of time and she took almost 11 minutes I am not sure what she spoke...(My mistake shouldn't have hung instantly as I was not aware of the consequences) then I told her I am hanging up as she had wasted my 12 minutes already...

Now on 10-June-2010 when I verify my CC details online I see some two 7$ transactions being made using my card. I assume these  people should have used my card and I have asked my banker to cancel these transactions as it was not from my side. If anyone receive call from these folks or number just jerk them off.....

Started getting calls yesterday from 978-570-2089, then 978-570-2084, and then 603-214-3346. All with the same story as everyone above... they have the last 4 digits of my credit card and want to verify my address and all for a $120 gift card.

I'm trying to track this down and end the madness and just a few things I'm coming up with....

After talking to the Bayring and Freedom Ring Communications people, they point me to a company called TM Caller ID (http://www.tmcallerid.com/). 503-226-4444. This company is a private company that owns those numbers. When you call them to complain, talk to a guy named David Nelson. They already know the deal and promise to put your name on a do not call list. They ultimately make the product that makes this scam possible but tell me they do not run the scam. Because there are so many complaints, they've started a division to help solve our problems. Not sure yet if this works but I called them today. We'll see...

One of the foreign b*tches called me again a few times tonight. I freaked out on all of them. But one of them gave me a number that she told me I could reach her a to call her back. The number is 1-800-316-9561. I call this number and it was after business hours. But the name of the company is Discount Savings Plan. The message says the website is www.myshopperdiscount.com. The site is dead.

At this point, its personal for me. I am calling everyone I can and freaking out. I am determined to find someone involved and kid nap them and hold them captive and work my way up the ladder. I want blood. I want to burn buildings to the ground. The above info is just where I'm at in a few hours and anything anyone can add is appreciated. I will hurt these people if I find them. I'm not afraid to spend my own money for airfare, car rentals, and weapons. Its no longer enough to be done with the calls. Any other leads/info anyone has is appreciated.

receive 8 calls on Monday (back to back) on  the first one told them it was not a good day and I was not interested. Finally I had toget really upset and told them to remove my number.  Got 3 calls yesterday.  Today I answered the 4th call and asked for a supervisor.  Was told they were the super and what was my problem.  When I explained all the calls she kept asking if I had proof.  I finally said who the hell are you.  She replied SHUT UP and hung up. Just got another call.

I received a call at work by someone claiming to be from Global Rewards.  She had the last four digits of my debit card and wanted to reward me with $120 in gas cards.  She would not verify the company, would not give me to a supervisor, or give me any information about the company.  I hung up on her but got the phone number first.  Does this company have only the last four digits of my card or do they have the whole thing?  Now I'm worried!

These people called one call after another until I answered.  it was a woman with a foreign accent so thick I could hardly understand her, but they knew I had a MasterCard and my address.  They wanted to 'give' me $120 of something (couldn't understand).  I told them not to  call anymore, but they called a few more time to no answer.

Calls claiming to be a Visa representative who's trying to 'give' us $120 in gas rebates if I'll just verify an address for a Visa card they seem to have the last four digits of.  Not only does it smell like a scam, but they call 2-7 times a day (we have call logs) when asked not to. Believe they are violating the No Call list as well.

I started  getting calls from this number and others about a week ago, they switch to different numbers and I don't pick up thinking that if it proves fruitless to them, they will stop...and I haven't given them any satisfaction of an answer.  However, they just called me at this number 6 times in 2 hours, that is annoying.

I counted 7 calls in one day! When I looked at the times of the calls, they were averaging 1 call every 30 minutes!!!! It makes you want to scream..."LEAVE ME ALONE PEOPLE!!!"

These pieces of garbage called me six times yesterday I finally picked up and found out what they do is try and get you to say you want the gas card and then sign you up for a "trial program" if you don?t call back to cancel they chard your card $40 I told them that they were scammers and jerks and the main guy over there who?s name is Justin Bryant hung up on me

I received the same call.......but they kept calling every half hour.  They called at least 12 times yesterday.  So I called Verizon and they said I could have up to 5 numbers blocked.  Have not gotten any phone calls so far.

Wow!!!  I followed Ken's advice and called the number for David Nelson.  I asked to speak to him and he ACTUALLY answered the phone and was very nice and polite and said he would take me off the list!!!  He said it would probably take 48 hours because this company that was calling was overseas.  No problem I thought cause this this company and others have been calling me nonstop for weeks.  Thank you so much Ken!!

I've received 6 calls just this morning from this number. However, I've been getting calls from them for 2 weeks now and I always tell them that they have the wrong number. I've asked repeatedly to be placed on the Do Not Call list. When I've asked to speak to the manager, I've been hung up on twice. I am beyond frustrated with them!

Telemarketing harassment calls to my office for someone who does not work here.

got a call last three days. Same number tring to get my home address with a supposed gift from Visa for $150.00 and $50.00 walmart card. rude people that back up when i asked them for information of their company and told them that i will call my credit card company to get info about them.
