Had received numerous calls from this #.  I finally answered and it was for an extended warranty? (they claim) and the male was asking me make model and year of my car...If I liked my car.. how many miles it had on it.  Then he put me on hold.. as I was on hold I stopped and realized I was giving all this info to someone and I dont even have their name or company.  When he got back on the phone I asked him his name and what company he was in.  He then said.. "This was going so well at first..."   When I asked him what that was suppose to mean he hung up. I think it may be a phishing scam.

They are phishing.  If they were legit they would not be spoofing Caller IDs.  Also they would know I don't own a car.

We are on the national do not call registry and they still called.  I have reported them.  If you're not on the do not call list I suggest you get on it.  It did stop them for awhile but tonight they called back.  Once you've been on the list and they violate it you can report them.  Eventually if enough people do this they will find themselves fined right out of business.

i get them calls all the time i tell them i dont have the car no more and to stop calling me i dont even own a car its my dad's car and i that told them if they keep calling i was going to sue them for hrassment........ they never stoped looks like i am going to have to call my lawer ha ha going to come in some money oh yea

Guess what?  I just received a call from this number too.  I answered it and said Hello couple times and there was no response at all.  Those f_ _ _king idiots just have no better things to do but to annoy and aggravate people.  How DISGUSTING!

Caller said I was to get $7000 from the government for paying my taxes on time and not filing bankruptcy in the last 6 months.  Did not give him the time to see what the method of the scam was.

I have been receiving calls for about a month at all hours of the day and one person even said that they will keep on calling until I buy from them.

I received a call of this number they were offering me an english course. Why does police doesnt take action on these fraud callers?

I am getting two or three calls per day.  I got one in Spanish just a moment ago from (417) 967-9988, earlier today from Missouri (702) 520-1460.  Also (706) 226-2381, (469) 718-6641, etc.

Someone needs to get the FCC and/or FBI involved and cut this crap out.

Same here, car warranty expire scam, 603-214-35?? random digits at the end. They are using fake numbers to avoid detection.

It's my cell phone, which is on the do-not-call list which they are obviously ignoring, and telemarketing to cell phones is illegal anyway. I'm hoping that not answering enough times will have me removed. But I'm tired of digging my phone out of my pocket once a day because of these criminals. Will call my cell phone provider to see if they can help.

We are on the national do not call registry and these quacks have given us a call.  I've done some research on them.  The number is for some company called Incorp, atleast that is what shows up on the caller ID.  I can't find any information on this company anywhere on the web.  I have found out they're based out of Errol, NH.  I would love to slap these people with a lawsuit but I first need to find out what their address is.  Becuase we are on the do not call registry (and if any of you guys are too) they owe us between 500 to 1500 dollars in a fine.  If anyone has any more information on this company PLEASE email me at angelofsol@yahoo.com.  Thanks.

Ugh...I was hoping to be able to call and be taken off the list, but I am unable to even get that option.  They want me to leave a message and they will get back to me, or I can enter a passcode. 555 was not the passcode.

If you live in an area served by Qwest you can use the Call Rejection feature they offer to stop the calls...but Incorp probably have more than one caller ID number they call from unfortunatly. I even get their calls on my cell phone!

I just got called from this number.  The called ID said "Incorp."  I waited to speak with a person.  They asked for my vehicle make and model and I asked them what they had in their records.  They said that I needed to tell them to privacy reasons.  That is the first indication that this is a scam because legitimate companies only ask you for this if you call them, not if they call you. Then I asked how they got my number because I am on the Do Not Call list and they hung up.

I just got this phone number two days ago...not even my parents have it yet. Somehow this company called me but I didn't answer.

THIS NUMBER 603-214-3509 IS CALLING MY TELEPHONE DAILY.  WHEN I RETURN THE CALL IT SHOWS AS A NUMBER THAT IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE.  I INTEND TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND CONTACT MY LOCAL PHONE COMPANY TO REPORT THE ANNOYING CALLS AND FOR FOLLOW UP ACTION.

these people and about 100 otherscall my house atleast 10 times a weeks.i dont have long distance so i cant call them back to have my number removed from the list. it's very frustrating.

I received a call from this number and they hung up on me when I asked too many questions. I called the number back and there was an option to remove yourself from their list, which I did, but I don't know if it will actually work. You may want to try that.Best of luck.

I answered my mother's phone when this number called. A recording mentioned that her car warranty was about to expire and that this was a "last attempt" to contact.
I waited to speak to a live person. When he answered he did not identify himself or his company and immediately asked for the make and model of "my" car. When I said we had several, he asked for the make and model of our most recent vehicle. I asked what this was regarding and he told me my warranty was about to expire.
"So what?" I asked. "Car warranty's expire eventually. What do you have to do with it."
At this point he mentioned my mother's name, asked it I was her and wanted to verify ownership. When  I told him that I was the owner's daughter and didn't know the exact make and model but would leave my mom a message, he hung up on me.  
I called the b*****d back and received a recording that said "if you are returning a call from this number, you are on our sale's list. To be removed, press one. To leave a message for a sale's specialist, stay on the line."
I pressed one and then called back to leave a message for the so-called specialist, just in case they didn't get it.
Apparently, someone has sold our information, a car dealership, maybe? This really gets my goat. But, hopefully returning the call and pressing one will stop the badgering.
A quick reference search showed (603) as a New Hampshire area code. Why they would contact a Phoenix car owner, I do not know.
