Got the EXACT same message today (2-20-09) as Max did:

I presume this is a telemarketing scam???

i got a call from 603-214-3617 .1-yesterday and 1 today and i don't needthese calls Because i'm not in debt

they call often and i dont have ANY loans out...

B*****ds call me twice a day everyday.  Name on I.D is Errol.  The phone number is similar but 1-603-214-3506.  I've called repeatedly the number, got a representative and asked to be put on their do not call list at LEAST 10 different times, to no avail. They always hang up on me before I've totally got it out of my mouth.  I've even gone as far as playing along with them, giving them fake info about my debt to be transfered to a consultant, who at least doesn't hang up on me as quick as they do.  I'm on the do not call registry. I may have to get a lawyer or something, it would totally be worth it.  GRRRRRR.

Telemarketing scam call for mortgage loan modification:

"Hello.  This is Michael Brass calling from the loan modification department with Intracounty Records at 1-800-219-9815.  I'm calling about your current mortgage situation.  The county in which you live in qualifies for our loan modification and payment reduction program.  This allows us to reduce your loan payments and loan balance without having to refinance.  If your payments are going up or you are falling behind, we can assist you in avoiding possible foreclosure.  Call us back at 1-800-219-9815."

I have been getting calls everyday from this number.  I pressed one and the guy hung up on me!! I have no idea how to get them to stop.  We are on the do not call registry.

I got a call from this company while I was at work. My wife took it and was questioning my about it. Who are these f****ards?

I keep getting a daily call from this number from a Ken about debt collection.

I have also received a call from Errol NH #603-214-3617. Voice mails talks about debt collecting. I don't have any debt. Cleared that up years ago.
