Update: Missed a call from them at 10:09am. I was in a meeting but know the drill. I call back and this time a woman answers with just "NCC Financial". She didn't state her name or anything. I said politely "I get a call daily from this number and I would like to be taken off the list" she replied with "Is this Lisa ****?" I said "No this is not.". She said "okay I will take you off" then disconnected.
How charming.....

This number started calling me over the weekend. I didn't answer the first time and googled the number. I saw these notes and thought nothing of it. I've been getting daily calls now and looked up the name FCC Commonwealth Financial. I found more notes along with a Ripoff Report. I also decided to call the number back. It goes to an automated greeting then I held on the line to speak with one of their sterling customer service representatives. He said his name along with FCC Commonwealth Financial - How can I help you? I said "excuse me, what company is this?" and the immediately hung up.
Usually a collection comes when you yourself have a collection of unpaid bills lying around your house. Paper is evidence and if they can't give us anything other than hostility they are a super scam. They also suck at being scam artists.

I have been rcving 2-3 calls a day from this number for about 2 months now. About 10 days ago I told the woman caller to stop calling me as I am unemployed and calls are causing me to go over my minutes, resulting in my cell phone bills getting expenses. I asked who/ where she was. She said she was attempting to collect a credit card debt amt of $2500. I know for sure that the only credit card debt I have is from a Discover card I had. She asked if the last 4 digits of my SS# were - - - -. She had those 4 digits, I did NOT give them to her, NOR did I verify them.
Just now I got a call from them again. I asked the gentleman to send me some kind of proof or papers showing what this is from. He said he could not unless I verified the last 4 of my SS#.
So I hung up and decided to google the phone#. Now I am glad I did.

STOP CALLING THIS NUMBER

I recieve 3 or 4 calls a day 7 days a week for about a year now. The first time I answered the call a man claiming to be a collection agent for AT&T said I owed them money. He said that he would settle the claim for $500 and he would take a credit card number over the phone. I have not been an AT&T customer for about 10 years now and I didn't owe them any money. I asked him to send documentation he said I should have it.
I said I didn't so send it again. Nothing ever came. This is probably a scam.

This number belongs to NCC/Commonwealth Financial. Other websites say that it is a debt collector and possibly a scam. I have no debt. I am absolutely certain that I do not owe anyone money. They have been calling me 5-6 times a day for over two months.
