I get this caller sporadically and no one is at other end of line, just get a message to hold on and someone will be on other end. That is because those telemarkerters use a system that calls numbers in sequence and when someone answers then the machine passes the call to some live  person to give their sales pitch. I have a system from my local telephone (Century Link) that allows me to block that specific number but as you see on this listing, they have 4 numbers they use.
I also report them to the Do Not Call registry too but who knows it that ever does any good.

603-414-1931 is the fourth number that this company  has been calling us four or five times a day since the third week in march. It shows the name is
IC System. I just let the answering machine take the calls, but they never leave a message. I've registered on the NO CALL list, but I guess they think they don't have to OBEY THE LAW. The four numbers they use are:

Got several of these calls in the last few days.  I have Caller ID.  As a rule, I don't answer the phone for numbers I don't recognize.   Good rule!  If they want to reach me, they can leave a message.  Apparently, they don't really want to reach me.

I am sure they are a collection agency.  If they can't leave a message I can't call them back.  I do not answer my phone when they can't identify themselves.

When I am on the phone then hang up from someone, the phone suddenly rings again.  It is 603-414-1931.  I am having my phone company investigate why they know I just hung up the phone.  This is an illegal practice and I will be filing charges.  Do not answer the phone for these people.  They are scum below scum.
