I just received two calls from them within two hours. Didn't answer the call as it wasn't a familiar number and they didn't leave a message.

Yes it is SmartShoppers. They have called me 13 times today. I finally answered the last time and asked them to put me on the do not call list!

This is harassment, they call from 10-15different phone numbers at least 5x's an hour.
