they threaten a law suit on me for something I didn't even purchase. they are telling me money was directed deposited in my account. I told them I have proof of all my deposits. they left me a voice mail on the amount they claimed to have deposited. I saved the voice mail and told them I would take them to court for scams and continuing to call me. they still calling me. anyone know who I should talk too?

calls me atleast 5 times a day sometimes twice in the same hour.

this number called me at 6;33 am .. i called it back and found that it was cbcs ... collection agency??  I did not get a live person when I called back .. I was put on hold

Called, didn't leave message.  Probably collection agency, CBCS, who also has 718-3849
