This number is form Boca Java

I've been receiving phone calls from them too. I called back and they answered "Boca Java", so it's definitely them. I asked them to be taken off the list. She repeated my phone number, I verified it, and she said, "Okay, you're off the list." Easy as that.

Calls, you answer, they hang up.

These people are just a step away from harrassment. They have called me 78 times this week alone with no message. I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry but it doesn't seem to matter to them.

Just received a call from them. . . . no one was on the other end. I didn't call back, but went straight to the internet and found this site where apparently a lot of people get the same kind of call from them. I had done a promotional thing with them 5 years or more ago. . .  they must be desperate for money trying this backwards way of getting you to call them and do business with them.  No Thanks

Just got the call, answered the phone, said "Hello" three times, got nothing but a click. Why do these companies use auto-dialers if they are not going to have anyone on the other end to actually engage the call?

I never signed up with Boca Java, but someone got my credit card number a couple of years and a few banks ago.  One of the things they charged to it- Boca Java.  Can I just say they have Crappy Coffee!!!

Hooray for Wells Fargo never reversing the fees or even filing the fraud claim when I filled out the paperwork in their branch and faxed it to their fraud  department before leaving!  Nice touch sending me to collections guys!

I've received numerous calls on my cell phone from these people. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list but they don't care. I've also gone and changed my voicemail to say I don't accept solicitations so if you are a solicitor hang up now. Doesn't help but it's kinda funny when my friends get the voicemail.

This call from 603-876-6688 continues even though I have reported it previously. This call is from BOCA JAVA, a company I had done business with maybe four or five years ago. I stopped using them when I began to question the honesty of the company. When dealing with this company the term "Caveat Emptor" comes to mind.
Now they call and no one is ever on the line. I begin to wonder if they are actually harassing me or if they just ignore the law. I see that many others have posted similar complaints, i.e. that they call and no one is on the line,
If you must deal with them "Caveat Emptor"!
As you can see I last posted something a month ago.

I keep on getting calles from BOCA JAVA Coffee.
I have canceled my coffee orders since September 2008 of last year, but I still get calls and emails. This company does not seem to be interested in accepting customers Opt Out choice.

If there is something that the government can do, please do not hesitate.

Called and hung up no message

Call from 603-876-6688 is BOCA JAVA, a company selling gourmet coffee. They offer free coffee pots that are defective and to replace those they'll send you a free coffee cup that is a very low quality. They are selling very high price coffee that is no better than what can be bought in a supermarket. As others have noted they refuse to stop calling and they have attempted to take money from my credit card. NEVER use a debit or check card. You have no legal protection and the bank is useless.
CAUTION: I would advise you not to get involved with this company. I have ask for years that they stop calling and they continue.

I suspect it is Boca with a new spin to beat the dont call rules, they dont talk to you unless you call them back.

I just called them back and asked why they were calling.  The customer service rep was very nice and said I'd been selected to receive a special offer.  I told her I was not a coffee drinker and asked that I be removed from their list and she said "no problem" and that was that. Easy Peasy.

The number belongs to a call center that is calling on the behalf of Boca Java, it is them, even though it is not their number. When they call, ask to be taken off of the list, ignoring them won't work, nor will calling Boca Java's main phone number on their website.

Why would Boca Java call and leave "Unknown Name" on my caller ID?

I just got a call and called back. They said they were offering a Boca Java special promotion. I'm told them I'm on the Do Not Call list and asked the woman to take me off their list. If they're not with Boca Java, they sure are making it sound as if they are.

I contacted Boca Java to request that they remove me from their contact list, and the representative told me that this number does NOT belong to their company.

I answered the phone and no reply just a click. After Googling the number, which I always do in cases like this and seeing it was probably Boca Java, I wondered why they would call me. I had a memebrship with them last year, but canceled it soon after joining.  And why would they NOT speak when I answered the phone?  This occurs with many calls on a weekly basis and I am tired of the BS from companies--either established or fly-by-night.  Either way they are morons who take up my time and energy doing stupid crap.

Yep.  They call me too...at least once a week. Rings twice, no message.  If I answer, there's no one there.  Quite annoying.

About a week ago, started received calls from this number.  Not quite sure why?  They don't leaves messages.  How they came across my number and why, I don't know....Coffee is not on my menu ever

Ah, Boca Java! Yes, I tried signing up for them once b/c by subscribing I could get some shareware for free, but their signup form screwed up on my computer - and when I called them I didn't like the high-pressure so I just gave up. They didn't get my credit card at least, though their e-mail ends up in my spam folder

This number keeps calling my cell during regular business hours at least 2-3 times a week.  Who are they and why are they calling me?  It said on the internet the call is from New Hampshire and I am in Alabama and don't know anyone from there.  They do not leave a message via text or voicemail.

They called, hung up and haven't called back yet... I called back and its a company called Boca Java. A company well known for a gormet coffee subscription scheme. Sign up once and you will be a member for life, like it, love it, hate it or not.

There are several warnings on the internet to beware of signing up for their subecription as it's rumored to be impossible to get them to quit taking money out of your bank account.
