It is a collection agency. They are afer me and my wife. We haven't paid our rent for over 18 months and over 8-9 months for our credit cards.  They are calling at home, works and on our cell phones.  Thanks God we opened a new Chase Visa last week and we are going to sunny Puerto Vallarta renting a condo on the beach for 2 months next week.  Hopefully, they will not call us in Mexico as we do not plan to pay for the rental while there.  Hola!

If you are contacted by this company Dynamic Recovery Solutions do not speak with them They threaten you by saying if you do not settle with them a 1099C will be filed and you will then deal with the govermnent IRS.

Well I am checking my credit report and seen an inaccuracy. When I called the collection agency they informed me they transferred to another office named Dynamic Credit Solutions1--866-295-9370.so I called them to clear this up. The rude lady tells me I owe this(even though its SOL). When I asked for an address she said she couldn't give me one and I have to pay her over the phone with my credit card...think again chica,it's not happening. So PLEASE tell me if these are the same people.

Received a call from this number this morning--same message as many people have mentioned above. I don't have any overdue debt problems, so someone must have used my phone number previously . . .

I called the 866 295 9370 because I had an urgent call that I was listed as a contact.   It turns out it is a collection agency Dynamic Recovery and were looking for someone I never heard of... a very misleading msg....

So, let me just say this...

Odds are someone from your company occasionally checks this board (or others like it) to see what's being said about you.  In other words, odds are someone from your company is doing the exact same thing that any SMART person is doing -- they're plugging the call back number that you give out into Google, to find out "who" it belongs to. To try and figure out "why" someone would be leaving the silly stern message that you've trained your employees to do.

But here's a personal reply from me: Now that I've done my online research, I know you're nothing but SCAM ARTISTS. You're nothing more than a Zombie Debt Collection Agency who buy up OLD and NO LONGER LEGALLY VALID debts on the penny, where you now hope to make some coin by LYING to people and trying to SCARE them into giving you something -- when the truth is they DO NOT LEGALLY owe anything at all. Because the statue of limitations on the debt ran out long ago.

Which means you calling and harassing people...depending on what state they live in and what the debt collection laws for that state are...could be a FEDERAL ILLEGAL ACT in itself.

So, I have a message for DRS:  Feel free to kneel down, pucker up and KISS MY BUTT.  Now I know you're nothing more than RIP-OFF artists and I won't be calling back.  And if you keep calling...I'll keep hanging up.  Or I'll change my number, which is no big deal to me.  I lead a very private life and only give my number to a few people anyway. So it would be incredibly easy to to shake you off (or any other telemarketing scammers) by simply wiping the slate clean with an all-new unlisted number.

Got a call from "DIS" to call back 866-295-9370. They had my number on file and that it is "obviously important" because they have my number but after being spooked by the voice mail a little, I had to remind myself that i work for a hospital billing company and that if we were ligitimately trying to contact a specific person, we would atleast reference a name of a person we wanted to talk to. This person that called didn't even mention my name at all. it made it that much easier for me to say "this call isn't for me" and just ignore it. thank goodness for caller ID/voicemail so we can screen these stupid calls.

Got a message originating from 866-269-1654 and saying to return the call at 866-295-9370. Of course I didn't call. Name of the caller was garbled as was the name of the alleged company. This is probably some sort of a scam that preys on people that are foolish enough to return the call. Don't fall for it and sleep tight.

Both the numbers (866) 295-9370 and (210)239-0100 were referenced today by a caller identifying himself as Jay or J. Allen Smith from DRS. The company is Dynamic Recovery Solutions (www.gotodrs.com). It took 3 return calls to get that information from them. First representative was incredibly rude and refused to answer any questions pertaining to the name or contact information for the company. Second rep was unaware if they had a web site. Third rep was more helpful but then told me I was going to a lot of extra trouble by trying to contact them in order send a formal cease letter related to the call. Hope this saves a few of you some time and frustration!

I was to return the call because of an important matter that need my attention, in the office of the DOR.

A Mrs Jones called me from another number and told me to call back this number 866-295-9370 about some paperwork I needed to complete. Ofcourse that is bogus.... She asked my husband to supply my phone number at work, and in response he said a firm *Hell NO* that work numbers and important information in this household would not be given out....and hung up. LOL I believe the number she called from on the caller ID was 804- 396-6892. They also called later on in the day, telling me that I owed a capital one credit card balance, I don't even own and have never owned a capital one card, I told them that if they proceeded to call me, I would contact the FDCPA..

I received a call stating that there was a very important matter that needed our immediate attention.  It seems to me this is a dubious collection agency trying to collect uncollectable accounts from ineligible debts that are no longer applicable.   He also stated another Phone number to reach him direct.  He identified himself as J Allen Smith and he was very clever in calling his company PRS very similar to IRS.....I am not going to answer this phone request back.

GOT A CALL TO MY CELL PHONE FROM THIS NUMBER STATING THAT MY PHONE NUMBER WAS FILED IN THEIR OFFICE, SO I MUST CALL THEM REGARDING A VERY IMPORTANT MATTER. SOUNDS LIKE SOME MESS TO ME. This person called yelling that I needed to call back before the rnd of the day because I am in a lot of trouble.  I never got a name of the company she was calling from, just a screaming lady stating that it was imparative I called her back before the end of day.

this number has called saying I owe an ridiculous amount on a credit card, an amount which I have never charged.

Called me and left message saying "it was a very important matter" and "obviously a very important matter". This sounded like BS to me so I never called back. His voice message said that he was from "DRS" and that I could also call him back on the number on my caller ID: 630-701-6504. My number is on the Nat Do Not Call Reg.

Person said he was Jay Allen Flake from the DOS.  Important to call 866-295-9370.  He said my land line is the number they have for us.  I am not sure who us is?  I haven't had this number long.  From what I have read on this comment page, I am going to ignore it.

I can tell you all this, i also recived a call from the people at this number. a few years back i got a refund intisapation loan from H&R block and paid it off when i did my taxes, this buch scams purchased old info from HSBC bank and i somehow was one of the files and they are saying i never paid it i have support up to my ears that shows i did so im not worried about it but the people that work at this place are class A jerks. this is the company info PRS pinnacle recovery systems 2774 gateway rd , carlsad CA 92009. they started out doing collections for time share now they do this...
