As someone who actually works for Kits Marketing I can tell you it is NOT a scam it is simply a commission based job. So basically if you work hard it shows on your pay if you wanna be lazy and do nothing then go get a job at McDonald's.

Maybe if you listened to them on the phone or questioned them probably or I don't know... Actually go to the interview they would tell you that it is a satellite company working under an umbrella corporation that is North America wide.

They called me this morning but I wasn't around to pick it up. No voicemail left, so I figured I'd google their number first before calling back. I didn't call them back after reading all of your comments. I've applied to so many jobs this summer that I wouldn't even know which is which, especially when they seem shady to begin with. I'm guessing their ad had no info on it and when I emailed them, they never responded. Typical of a scam.

i received a call from kits marketing too. When I tried to google it, theres no blogs or posts about it. doesnt seem too reliable.

I got a call from them today as well which is strange as I already went for an interview and the first day of work for them back in September 2011. It is a door to door marketing company who are basically cold calling for fundraising. Pretty lame and stupid, the set pay is less than minimum wadge but if you get enough people signed up to donate then you get more money.
Overall it isn't worth your time as you get no actual work experience and just walk around for hours a day. Really if you just want a summer job that lets you work on your tan then it is an option but otherwise just ignore

I just received a call from this number, and they asked me to go for an interview tomorrow at 11:45 am. I tried looking up the company but I couldn't find anything about Kits Marketing, even in google maps the company isn't listed on the address they gave me..

I'm sort of scared now to go for the interview. Has anyone gone for an interview? If so please tell us what it is.

I got a call for interview . I dn't see anything named kits marketing with the address they gave me for interview in the google maps directory.

They called twice, and didn't leave a voicemail. Least give me some details who you are. Of course, you are a fly by night operation as you have no website. Called you back to see who it was, and it says voicemail is full. scam.

I worked for Kits for only 1 day, until I realized they lied about the wages. They pay you LESS then minimum wage, obviously ILLEGAL.
All the people who work there are school kids to dumb to know they're being ripped off. Never even go for an interview, if they call you, tell them to shove it.

just tried to run my own research. the 1866 number isnt found online. and found their ad on craigslist.

they say they are in north america so if they are that big should be no reason not to have a website. also they the ad is for surrey yet interview is in waterfront?
