Damion I got exactly the same phone call today also properly just befor they called you say exactely the same thing .... except she told me her name was Patty and her ext number was 50209....

Yeah I also got a phone call today from them saying I had won a trip to Florida, what struck me was how she said the trip valued at $3000 yet I would of estimated what she said I got to of been more like $10,000 worth and they way she told me at the trip was paid for my "World Travel" and covered under the advertisement department, Complete crap.... I also asked where they got my details from and they told me I registered into a competition which I most certainly didn't... I also asked where she was calling from and she told me that she was calling from Florida and then I returned by saying why you calling of a BC number she said that there phone calls go through a switch board in Canada to local phone call rate, also complete crap..

Don't not entertain these people by giving them your details..... Be carefully when answering the phone to this number 1 604 283 9368   they will try to con you out of your hard earned money...

"Dana" from "World Travel" called me today, advising me I had won a 5 day trip to Disney World, a 4 day Disney Cruise and a bonus 5 day trip to Cozumel, Mexico. All for the low low "administration fee" of $587. After about 4 minutes I asked "Barb" to tell me about Disney again, she didn't even care that I called her Barb lol. This girl just kept going on about getting the first 4 numbers of my CC#. Then she abandoned that and started asking for my expiry date.

If anything, I wasted 15 minutes of her time and got a chuckle out of it all. Oh and I saved $587 lol.

Yes!  Same spiel.  There's got to be a way to get these people charged with fraud .

He had all that information as well including my address.  I think they bought the list from somewhere.  It's unnerving.

Same thing happened to me.  I wanted to see how far he would go.  I gave him a false visa number and expiration date.  He tried to input the number a half dozen times and then asked for another card.  He said he will hold my prize for 30 days while I sort out my card.

I missed a call from this number when called it back it said that the number is only an outbound number and to call the customer service number I was provided with. Weird never heard of this before. Thanks for the posts now I kno is just a scam!

Got a call from this number today. The caller was female and identified herself as a Yahoo representative. Said I won a family trip to Orlando, Florida. She knew my name, birthday, and email address and used them to confirm it was me. Then she said I needed to give her my Visa number to book the hotel.

Just reported it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre

My house just got a call from this number 604-283-9368 saying they had a package for me...they apparently didn't believe that I wasn't actually at home. Unfortunately my son gave them my cell number. After seeing these messages here, I know it's a scam - thanks guys!

Got a call at today and they hung up as soon as I answered the phone. Number is 604-283-9368. Thank goodness for knowing phone numbers! I knew I had seen the number before...I'm positive it's called before and I have read the same thread! Thank you everyone for posting!!! Whoever was on the other end could have gotten an earful!!!

Got a call telling me the same thing won a cruise to Disney . Tryed to tell me a one time payment of $500 something dollars . And when I told them I would not give them my credit Card number they said that " you book your hotel rooms over the phone don't you??" That was enough to hang up!!  :(

I got this phone call this evening  , sounded like a young male,he try to let me confirm some information of my husband like email and birthday.I asked who is speaking,he said Florida and travel ...something ,and try to ask some information about our  credit card number.I can not get what he wants. And when I asked why he wants me confirm those information?if he do not mind,l will let my husband call him back. Actually I did not want to talk with him?it is weird?like a trick. Do not answer his question?

Got a phone call from this number, saying there was a package for me. Funny how you can have the number of someone's package but not the address... Definitely a scam, especially since I did not order anything.

Got a phone call from this number claiming I won a prize trip to Florida.  They had some information I wish they didn't.  Definitely a scam.

Called & sounded like a young male going through puberty, asking for my son, saying they had a package for him, I ask what company they were calling from and they kept avoiding the question, I told them I was his mother and then they said they would call him back, then they hung up. I believe it was a prank call.

Just had the same call, except they knew my birth day, name and email address. Maybe my email hacked??

Received a call from this number with the whole "won a cruise to Florida" spiel.  First thing I asked is how they got my number and name, and they replied from a travel company -- which is a line of BS since I *never* fill out anything like that.  Second thing I asked was if at any time during the conversation I would be asked for my credit card number, and the long and short of it was "yes".  Told him not to call back here again or I'll report them.
