this number calls our house almost every day. Today I finally answered and they asked for my mom.  I asked if I could take a message and the gentleman on the other end said he would just call back.

I got a call at my business from a british lady who asked for a former employee.  When I told them that I had taken over the position they said that it was ok.  I asked to help them and they said goodbye.

Call received from 604-295-1200 about a contest that I could enter to win.  The female caller with a foreign accent then requested my name...and I am sure would have asked other personal info had I not said "NO". She did not push the issue, said thank you then hung up.  I googled the phone number and noted it appears to be a regular in making unsolicited calls for a variety of reasons. I phoned back and on the first call spoke to the same female( at least she sounded like the same person) and asked I be removed from their call list. Not sure what their angle/scam was.

I keep getting these calls as well.. I call back and a lady with an indian accent answers. I ask what company keep calling me but she said she was the answering service for several different companies. I then asked what kind of companies and she said travel agencies.. radio stations.. she couldn't answer my question as to how these companies received my number after I signed up on the DO NOT CALL LIST..

crap.. that's all it is is CRAPPY SCAMS

I received the same call. Called it back and got an answering service. Was told it was a telemarketer. Call and insist that they remove your # from their list. I don't think you have to worry about id theft. Someone is selling our information..probably a bank, telus, or these days, the gov.

I recieved a call from 604-295-1200 however was not home to recieve their scamming approach. I have read the above information and thought I would add to the list. My wife owes money and so perhaps if anyone else owes money this may be from a collector as well.

Received call on my cell form this number. No -reply when i call back.

They told me they are calling form 103.5 FM and that i have won some kind of contest.
I am new here and didn't know something called identity theft.
They asked for my birthdate, husband's name and I was naive enough to pass them all the information.
From one post above it seems like they are some Insurance company. Hopefully they are doing this just to sell their products and not misuse.

Any more information on this will really help.
