The lady representative was very friendly over the telephone. She respected the fact that I was at work. I don't need your services because I cannot afford it. I'm being laid off at the end of the month. Please remove me from you're phone list.

Same thing. Sears Cleanair. At least 2 calls a day within a half hour timeframe for the last 2 weeks. I answered twice and someone hangs up. There's got to be a place where these numbers can be reported. Come on Government of Canada. You've got everything else monitored up to our eyeballs. Come on Sears Management, you're making me not want to ever shop in your store again. This is very disturbing and disrupting especially when one of us has to work nightshift and has to sleep!

I have received 3 calls over the last month and each time after I have answered they hang up. Someone is on the line, I have heard background noise. Very frustrating.

They phoned, I answered and they didn't speak. Sounded like a tv in the background. I said 'hello' several times, at no time did they say anything, very bothersome. Display said SEARS CLEANAIR.

Sears Canada offering that they are working in our area and can drop by today to do a "free visual inspection of your home heating system".
From the bacgkround, the call is from a call centre. Woman was pleasant enough. What a tough job though.
