got a call tonight from a lady ,said her name was Francesca and was trying to get in touch with my son who won a Blackberry 9900 and 1 year free service with a provider of his choice.. Gave the phone number 1-866-882-6046 ext.40,  Monday - Friday between 12- and 6. Said her office was in Vancouver..  Said he entered a draw at the Mall last summer.  She asked if she could send the prize to the address on the ticket, the address she gave me was one he had several years ago. she was very friendly and tried to get me to speak of his line of work etc. The old address is what set off the alert.

Had a call from this number left a message saying they were APR Express and asked if this was my name and they had a package for my son using the right name and to call back to 1-866-797-6429 to Debbie at ext 40. To call if right person or not.Tried to call reached answering machine. They said all representatives were busy seem odd since suppose to have someone'e extention. 2 minutes later neighbour came to door saying some one was trying to get a hold of us to deliver ballons for my son's 25th b-day and had the same 866 # for us to call. Told her they used reverse lookup to find her. Tried to look up company can not find.

A lady called from that number saying that she has baloons to deliver to a client who is suppose to be next door to where we are and she was trying to verify the address .. old tricks used by collection agencies .. and is illegal to impersonate .. will call the police and report harrassment. If you receive a call from this number .. call the police, they are fraud.

I got a call from this number too. She left a voice mail message, said her name was Francesca and she was from Nickel's Cartage, a division of APR Express. I am not expecting any packages but I did call back and was put on hold , then to voice mail.

They called me also that I won a BlackBerry phone. They called my friend who stupidly gave them information about me. They left this number for me to call.18663286212 Ext 40. I indeed called the number and the lady on the other end said she was Mercy. She talked about the prize I have won. She was too smooth for me. I asked for the name of the company that she works for, she told APR Express. It is surprising that no such company is anywhere online. I seriously think they are subcontracted by a collection agency to trick you into collecting parcels from them. Cheers.

got a call from them also, can't locate them, they called a month ago and said I won second prize of a phone. Called back again today, but no one on the line.

Called my new phone # and said that I won second price in  a contest, they requested my new address.  When I called back no one answered.
