This company has called me at least 6 times and once to late at night for me, no message is left.  I do not answer calls when I don't know the company and it doesn't leave a message.  Do not call me anymore.  If it is in regard to a survey which was sent to me, I will not be completing it, totally ridiculous and out of touch with reality.  One question was how many light bulbs do I have in each room and what type, that is where I ended it and the survey went into my recycling bln I have absolutely no time for such nonsense, typical survey.  In plain words I do not do them.  It isn't worth anything to me especially entering my name in some contests which I could win $1000 renovations or something like that.

PS: If it were translink(a private company who now owns public infrastructure via politicians embezzlement/theft) they don't need to call people. Their system has quite the tracking capabilities. Especially with the new RFID transit cards.

I find the ``do not call list`` to be of no use but I have a phone service through Shaw that has call blocking. I dial *60 and it will block the last call to my phone. It works unless they use another phone number and I just keep adding!

This number keeps calling every day, when I pick up (when I am home) there is no answer, and they seem to wait a while and then hang up. Makes me feel like someone is just checking to see if there will be a response, or if the residence is unoccupied at the time of their calls. Very annoying, and makes me feel uncomfortable.

Have been getting calls from them 2 or 3 times a day on a daily basis. Have never answered. Will now try picking up the phone without saying anything....and not hang up again until I hear the dial tone....maybe they will get charged for the phone call...

I gave them all the details :( They pretended as the "City of Vancouver" survey about transportation system. I gave them everything, Postal code, DOB, email. Just everything. They said they will send me a email... Apparently, it never arrived. DEfinitely a scam!

Do it yourself. Nobody else is going to. Easy. Pick up the phone when it rings- nobody's gonna tear your head off, nobody's going to make you answer a bunch of question if you don't want to- and polity asked to to be taken off of their call list. Period. Done. You'll be removed. Hasn't failed me yet with a legitimate outfit, which this one is. Seems a whole lot simpler than ignoring the call time after time after time after time....

That is false, there is a heavy fine for those who breach the rules of the the do-not-call list, however there are exceptions, and market research is one. Mustel Research is obviously doing market research and not selling anything. You don't have to participate. You can tell them not to call you again if you want them to stop.

was called by "Mustel research" on 11/09 at 1:50 pm. - claimed they called on behalf of Translink  researching transportation habits - asked a couple of questions and then offered to enter me to win a "large prize". Would call back if I won but did not ask any other information.

Got a call at 7:52 from same number 1 604 676 4107. Did not answer as I did not know number.

Buy your mom a call blocking device, and report these kind of things to your phone service provider and local LE.

Mustel Research have been calling me at least once a day past week, so I picked them up today... They are doing research about Public Library, at least that is what I understood since lady's accent made it difficult. So I just hung up in 30 seconds of the call.
