I have only recieved one call so far, and when I tried to call back I got the "all circuits are busy". If it calls again, I will dial *57, and it goes directly to the police to trace the #, even if it's blocked. You have to do this immedialtely after the call,( before anyone else calls you) and keep a log of it. If it calls back repeatedly, you can go to the local police station and file a harassment report against the #. There is more info on how to do this in the Yellow Pages in the Quick Acess Telus section (usually right after the coupons) under Obscene or Harassing calls>Call Trace.

5:22AM, did not get up, this is not the first time this number has called. Amazed that this can go on so long and there seems to be no recourse. Crazy frustrating. Below this comment box as I write it says 604 755 4008, country malaysia, fixed line. This all sounds so familiar, I do not understand how other countries get a phone number to use, do they buy them? Is that why we can't seem to get the phone companies to do anything about it, are they making money on this horible stuff! It would explain a lot.

I got a call from this number but they hung up before the first ring was finished. called back and got the "all circuits are busy" seconds later some asian lady from "ge security" called asking if i already have an alarm on my house. maybe just a well timed coincidence but i dont really believe that myself

We get 6-12 calls from this number a night they call us on our second line that is an unlisted number.
I cleared 12 messages out this morning thinking it was a fax I sent a fax to the number and it comes up with all circuits busy.

Yup, it's 12:15 AM on June 15th and I got this call too.
It's midnight and I have "old" family so hell yah I picked up the call......and nothing! No HELLO, no language I can't understand, nothing....so I hung up and googled the number.
Good to see I'm not the only one getting these calls (sarcasm <--).
If this keeps up like it has been keeping up with the people before me, I'll find a way to report this number to the authorities. This is crazy!

Wow, this has been going on four 2 days. And its calling my fax line March 5th/11.....every 30 minutes

Get this number calling me this morning. I didnt end up answering but I looked it up and found this site, so i sent a text message to them hoping that they would somehow get it and stop calling me.. The text message went something like "If you call again I will gut u like a fish".. lol im hoping this makes them not want to call me. Ill let you know if they call back.

I got this phone number calling several times too.. what can we do to get him?? lets give him a fake credit card number.

Some guy called asking for me by name but would not give me his own name. When I insisted that he identify himself, he hung up.

I've had this number phone a few times, I have no answered it. It never leaves a message and when i call it back it's busy.

I get calls from this number on my home phone multiple times a day... luckily I'll never answer thanks to Call Waiting. They never leave a msg but I was reading on another site about people getting messages of fax sounds and even music... strange...

I was awakened in the middle of the night by these people.  They do not care when they call.  How rude!  They must be using a cell phone.

I've been getting this caller too!  When I called back after *69 I get "We're sorry, but all circuits are busy at the moment."  Called Telus and they said that they can't block business phone numbers.  
I have call block in my bundle and when I do the automated service it won't block it, but one option is to block the last caller and I pressed 1 and it has it as a blocked number so I'll let you know if I get it again after today.
I live in Abby.  I had enough of it's the third time today that it's called.  I say "hello" and there's no answer.  Then they hang up on me.

ive had this # (604-755-4008) call me as well,everyone needs to phone the crtc and make a complaint,they regulate landlines,lets get this guy gone!!

These phone calls annoy me so much that it causes problems for personal calls from loved ones and it takes minutes.

I got a call from a 1-866-326-9921 number today, they left a message, it was some guy named Matt Carter saying he had buyers for my vehicle (I posted an ad on craigslist) I looked up the phone number on the interent..I saw that alot of other people had the same call that I did IT'S A SCAM!. Either way, one of the reviews a person mentioned how this number (604 755 4008) came up on their caller id (probably by accident, because on my phone it says "unknown")..but they left the 1-866 number (that I got) on their voicemail.. i would think both these cases are related?

To make the long story short, I did call them, asked how their company works yadda yadda..then i mentioned that what they are doing is EXTREMELEY illegal....first, they cannot call my cell phone without my consent (I am on a DNC list) Second, I have on my Craigslist ad that "YOU MAY NOT CONTACT THIS PERSON FOR COMMERCIAL INTERESTS etc...." Thirdly, it is harrassment and I will not put up with any of it. I know the law. They have been reported.

This number calls me all the time(604-755-4008)asks for me by name iusing a fake accent,i can hear kids in the background,very annoying.

I got a call from a guy on this number saying he wanted to f*** me.  I declined his offer and hung up.  He phoned again 6 minutes later, I did not answer.  (Just ;prior to this, I got a call from a restricted number from a guy claiming to be from Telus but he didn't seem legitimate).

I'm also in abbotsford and have had at least one call from this number. I didn't pick it up because i was busy and figured that my brother would pick up the phone but he didn't. so i decided to look up the strange number and found this page. The person didn't leave a message because we dont have voice mail.

BTW.... this is a number that is a skype provided.... When anyone calls using skype this number shows up for the caller id. However it can also appear as unavailable or 000-012-3456 etc. Its just people playing prank calls on you form an unavailable number..... but are you really wanting to block that number incase it really is someone important?

Someone mentioned a "Do Not Call" list... how do you access that?

Also, regarding the Telus number, is that a "1-800" number? And do you have to have Telus as your phone plan?
