They called today and the voice messaged was basically yelling at me that this was their 2nd attempt and that I needed to respond immediately.  I pressed #1 not knowing what this was about. She said for a car warranty, we have 3 and she didn't which one it was for, she hung up.   Great customer service?!?!?!?!??

Got an anonymous prerecorded call on February 18. Pressed a key to speak with a live person. He gave me a website of http://www.southernwarrantytrust.com.

Anonymous prerecorded call about a car warranty. I pressed a key to speak with a live person so I could find out who was calling. The guy asked me for the year, make, and model of my car. After a pause, he tried sell me a 7-year warranty. I asked if he would send me some details about the coverage. Instead he pointed me to http://www.southernwarrantytrust.com. I made a do-not-call request and demanded a copy of their do-not-call policy.

Like others with comments, I have pushed the number for deletion with no results. When I asked to speake with a supervisor, they hung up.  When I asked which car they were calling about, they hung up.  If anyone knows their identity, please, please, advise.  I would like for the next person they talk to, to be my lawyer.

I keep getting calls about extending the warrenty on my vehicle. I have pushed the button 3 times to be taken off the list. I tried pushing the 1 to speak to an agent to tell them to quit harrassing me and it rang and rang and then hung up. This has been going on for 2 months. It is a recording that is very loud. Do they really think they could sell something to someone after making them so angry?

I did a reverse phone search on this number and found that the registered service provider is Level 3 Communications.  I called them and they gave me a number in which to file complaints.  The number was 1-877-877-0648 option 3.  I called this number and waited for 15 minutes before hanging up.  I'm filing a report with the FTC and the National Do Not Call Registry using this companies information.

This is a company that offers extended warranties for cars.  They have been harassing me and my family for well over three months now.  They call from different long distance numbers every time and they ignore requests to be taken off of their call list.  If anyone knows the company name or real #, I will report this company to the FTC and the National Do Not Call Registry.

Losers!!  I hung up on them.  I hope they read these boards to see what pathetic losers they are.  LOSERS!!
