Calls 3-4 times everyday, I quit picking up. When I do, there's dead air for about a minute then it hangs up.

Keeps calling and no one is there.  5 time today very annoying!!!!!

Called asking if i wanted Engineering News Record.  I was a subscriber years ago.  They're obviously trying to get old subscribers back.  I just told them I wasn't interested and they said fine, apologized and hung up.

Calls my business 3-4 times a day. Nothing but dead silence on the other end.

This number constantly calls me. It has to stop!

I got a call from this number on my work phone number. No one there it was just "dead silence".

This isn't a billing company, it's a magazine subscription service calling old subscribers (like 1995 to 2005) to magazines trying to get them to subscribe again. It's on an autodialer so it hangs up on you if you don't say "hello" fast enough. I know because I'm calling from that # right now and I work there!

I have received calls from this 'Network Billing' number every day now for weeks.  Usually I do not answer - when I do answer no one is there or no one speaks.  I too am on the no call list.  What's up with this?!

I have received calls from this number twice a day for weeks. I finally answered and a man told me he was calling about my "Reader's Digest" subscription. The last time I remember seeing that magazine was in my parent's bathroom in the 1970's!  I quickly told him no, to never call back, and hung up.
Afterwards, though, I hope he wasn't just nervous and confused "RD" with my "PC Magazine" subscription...I could have used a deal on that...but, I can find it myself.

For almost 3 weeks I receive 3 to 4 calls daily. No one is there. They will call as late as 9 to 10 pm. Very annoying- I am on no call lists-  I wish I could make it stop.

We have received two calls from this company and they do not leave any messages.  I have never heard of Network Billing and do not know what they are calling in reference to.  Their calls are getting annoying...what is the use of a do not call list if it doesn't work?

For the past several days you have called our non emergency number, when answered, you say nothing then just hang up. If this continues it will be considered harassment and Law enforcement WILL be notified.

They don't talk to you. This has become harrassment. The calls are unwanted. They need to stop. Who are they.
