TELEMARKETER:  Caller ID only says "Kentucky".  606 area code is a Kentucky area code.  Caller is live person asking if I considered "returning to college."  If you say NO they will abruptly say "thank you" and hang up.  I have gotten this type of call a couple times.  I enter many contests and sweeps online and have to give my phone number so this "marketing" company likely got my number from them.
