This clown became abusive and vulgar when he figured out he wasn't going to get the business from my company.
He then faxed me about 50 BLACK Pages (to use up the toner in my machine).

He's been doing this for years-  Go To FCC and file a complaint!

I also received a call from this a**hole! he is by far the rudest person to walk the planet! he called asking for the manager and i asked who was calling he gave me his name and when i asked what it was in reference to he replied, obviously yelling like how he was to everyone else, "learn to speak english you f***ing c***!" i was shocked, so i decided to hang up. then he had to freaking audacity to call back and yell "f** you** ang hung up. the first time he called it was from a private number and the second time he called it was from mid hudson equipment located in vero beach, fl and the number that appeared was 772-562-4930 so we decided to call back and it went to voicemai, not just any voice mail. the lady said that that numbers that were not on his contacts would go through so clearly this do***ebag knows what he's doing. he's calling and insulting people and blocking their numbers. i hope he calls back, he will definitely hear it from me and my attorney!

Yesterday, after Charlie called our business about 10 times and was abusive each time, on the 11th call I asked him to come in and walk my warehouse and make recommendations.  This time his name was Joe and Joe kept ignoring my request for him to come in until he finally figured out that I was playing him.  He's already started calling again today and when I address him by name, he immediately hangs up.

I agree with everything written above.  Charlie is a psycho and he needs to spend some time in a padded room.  I printed this blog and faxed it to him!  LOL

This guy Charlie is something else...he calls from restricted #'s and curses at my employees.
he calls about 20 times a day, and he's very rude.  He's your typical telephone tough guy.  Lock his a** up and we'll see how tough he is.

I just received a call from this guy Charlie from Mid Hudson Equipment as well.  He asked for the owner of the company as if he knew him.  When I told him the owner didn't know him and asked what the call was in regards to he said he was following up from last week when he stopped into our business here.  I am the only one at the front desk at all times and he never came in here and dropped off product or his card like he said he did.  He outright LIED. So when I told him he was mistaken and that no-one had come in here with the racks he said he brought in he said my boss was an A***OLE for screening his calls.   This person seemed to have anger management issues and was very rude.  If that is how he does business I don't know how he's going to get anything sold.  I'm seriously thinking about reporting him to the Police for harassment.

This guy Charlie is dangerous. I appreciate any feedback as I am going to Police. He has gathered a following of people and reviews that show he is very abusive and threatening toward women. Any posted info would be appreciated.

After being harassed by this clown I decided to look up who I was dealing with. If you want  the deal on Mid Hudson Equipment it's right on the internet. This is a single individual posing as a company and re-selling other companies products you could buy direct. Mid Hudson also is located in some kind of apartment in Vero Beach, Fl. Not New York! So he is misrepresenting the company's location.

We received a call today from Charles however his phone number appeared as private on our caller ID. The man was very rude and pushy and tried to act as if someone called him about purchasing racks when this was not the case. He requested shipping manager even though he said someone called him but had no hame. My coworker who answered his first call advised him that our shipping manager was out to lunch and will be back soon he then became extremley rude insisting we provide him with cell phone he then kept asking her for more and more personal information she told him that he will have to call back and he would not take no for an answer and she hung up on him. He called back and I spoke to him as he screamed into the phone I told him in order for myself to speak to him he needs to calm down and thats when he again insisting on getting personal information I advised him if this is a sales call that he will have to go to voicemail and if interested they will return his call and i contacted my production manager for him to see if they wanted any racks and i was told no when this was mentioned to the man i got the reply go f*** yourself c***. If the phone number showed I would have a bone to pick with this company.

I received a fax from Mid Hudson Equipment.  This is NOT the first time. I tried to fax back to be taken off their list, by faxing back to 866-232-5737.  Only received a buzy signal.  Their caller ID is 607-432-4694. How do I get off their list.  What about the FCC.

I keep receiving faxes as well. I have told them to stop via the 866 fax number but to no avail.

When I called them, they told ME to stop calling them !!

BTW, this is illegal in New York State but there doesn't seem to be much one can do.

The 866-232-5737 fax removal line does not work and we have no interest in their products or company.

We too have received numerous faxes from Mid Hudson Equipment! You go to their website and they have physical address?? Do they not want you to send them 1,000 faxes or 1,000 letters! We did get the fax removal fax to go through, but we have still been receiving faxes.  So our thinking is, let's blow up their fax machine with useless faxes. Maybe they will get the picture and take our fax numbers off of their list.

Received a fax advertsing Mid Hudson Equipment and to call 607-433-4777.  To be removed the number as with any other fax removal number you have to blow it up to even read it.....But, they keep sending them anyway. I think businesses should be entitled to the "DO NOT CALL" option as well.
