The famous a** Tracy Parks called me today with the almost same exact story as everybody else's. Then when I called to speak with this infamous Vincent Neil, the bi*** who answered said they didn't have nobody by that name, then she caught herself and said hold on. Put somebody else on phone and wanted to take a message, I said let me get his VM, um no VM..... Y'all really need to stop with these scams babe, they have a way of knowing some of your info. And that court docket s*** is old, don't be surprised when y'all get on one. Sda processing can go straight to hell.

These people called us and made threats to us said warrants had been taken out in our county! So rude and when I had our attorney call "Which that ask me to do" They hung up on both of my attorneys! The phone calls are from LANDLINE PHONES! If anyone is filing charges please let me know BECAUSE THEY HAVE BROKEN EVER LAW IN THE BOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my I.D. and checks were stolen. i recieved a call from tracy parker threating to arrest me and there was and L.P. ORDER attached to the check. what the hell is this?  i got a call after some of my friends were threatend to be arrested also. I will take these people down if they threaten me or my friends or family again. some times you dont know who your messing with. you chose the wrong person this time!

I HAVE BEEN CALLED BY TRACEY PARKER AT THIS NUMBER STATING SHE IS FROM THE SDA. SHE WAS LOOKING FOR THIS MAN, DUNCAN PHILBRICK.  I AM NOT RELATED TO NOR DO I KNOW DUNCAN PHILBRICK.  THE ONLY THING WE SHARE IS A LAST NAME.  I HAVE BEEN CALLED FOR MONTHS NOW BY HIS DEBT CREDITORS. I HAVE EXPLAINED PATIENTLY AND NUMEROUSLY I DO NOT  KNOW HIM.  OBVIOUSLY TO ME, ALL WHAT THEY HAVE IS A WRONG NUMBER PERIOD.  I HAVE CEREBRAL PALSY AND I'M FEMALE.  HIS DEBT CREDITORS WOULD BE ASHAMED IF THEY COULD REALLY SEE WHO THEY ARE HARASSING.

I CALLED THE LOCAL CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT HERE IN THIS STATE TWO DAYS AGO.  THEY TOLD ME THE NEXT TIME ANYONE CALLS, TELL THEM YOU WILL FILE A HARASSMENT CLAIM IF THEY EVER CALL AGAIN.  I AM SORRY I WAITED SO LONG TO CALL THE POLICE AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I AM GOING TO DO. Ms. Lopez left a message on my voice mail at work then in terms left one on one of my co-workers voice. I called back did not get Ms Lopez but someone else and I asked why are the leaving messages on other voice mail and who is the debt for.  She never said who the debt was for and that I have two extensions on my application.  I tried to explain to her I have never had that extension and they have left message on several other extensions that has never been mind.  I ask was she aware of the fair debt collections act but she tried to out talk me so I just told her do not call my job or any where else to contact me or they will be reported.

Yup., got the same call from Tracy Parker threatening a "Service to Process Worthless Check Charge"  Also said she must receive the money TODAY to avoid a warrant, of course!  Funny thing is, she is calling for someone who doesn't live in my house and leaving all kinds of information on my answering machine about this person who doesn't live here.  Seems like a violation to me, just saying :)

How is this still going on.  My daughter received a call from a Mrs. Tracy Parker and was informed that she had 2 hours to pay or felony charges would be filed against her and she would be arrested before day's end.  She is a single parent with an infant child trying to get by on a minimum wage job until she can find something better.  With a greater than 9% unemployment rate, good paying jobs are hard to find and if you find one, there are a hundred people applying for it.

So my mother in law receives a call for this company (SDA Legal Processing) and spoke with a Tracy Parker.  She was told that if my husband does not pay said amount that day then the following day (today) he would be put on "the docket" to be arrested for a felony.  She said he violated a Florida Statue.  The only Florida Statue that holds a felony charge is writing a bad check, which is not what this debt is for.  She failed to read the "mini Miranda" to my mother in law, my husband and myself.  My experience on the phone with her was unproductive.  I asked for the name of the company she was calling from, and she cut me off, when I explained we had no prior notice of this debt.  She said it was mailed to an address we lived at more than a year ago.  We DID forward our mail after moving and this debt is more recent than that.  She also said niether phone number was working.  One number my husband still has, he has had for more than 7 years now.  When I tried to explain myself she began talking loud and too fast to understand and then hung up on me.  From my understanding after speaking with a lawyer and a friend who works as a debt collector she broke a few of the FDCPA regulations.  The catch to this, is the debt had been settled with the original person 1 week prior to these phone calls.   SDA, you may want to train your employees on the policies the government has set up.  Unfortunantly in the State of Florida you must notify the other party that they are being recorded, therefore the recorded phone call that I made wont hold up.  But please call me again or send me things to the correct address, please give me some actual proof I can use!

These clowns have called and gotten my 70 year old parents worried to death thinking i was going to jail, the worst part is my folks live 800 miles away and i have not lived with them for 18 years!!! I have never received anything validating the debt and was told if i didn't send $3000 by 5pm a warrant would be out for my arrest, the also told my employer the same thing!!!! My folks received another call today from David Hall but he just told them i am in serious trouble and need to contact them ASAP!!!! I am going to find a lawyer that will sue the hell out of these people, and them make them pay off all my debt!!!!!! Tracey parker called me too and threatened with the felonys and misdemeanor second day I called back and ask her to prove fradulent intent she said tell it to the judge than it dawned on ne to do some research, I cone to this site so why did she lie say they were the headquarters of the company I got the loan from located in Texas its sad than she call back asking to speak to my attorney. Which I did speak to and will be pursuing in sueing you guys.

My husband received a message from HR dept. that he needed to call 904-726-1678 with a case # I called the number back for him and they proceeded to give me all the information and the debt was my husbands. It was from a Check casher from 2009  check #132  we could get  this off the docket for 243.30 it had to made in today I was talking to this person at 620pm and they said they would give me some papers releasing me from this debt after payment was received they would email or fax it to me. I told them I was unable to get this money at this time of night. Told me if it wasn?t paid tonight it as going on the docket I asked about being served court papers before it is placed on docket and she said that it wasn?t a civil matter that wasn?t the procedures that are taken with these kinds of matters. I got all the information to send money she said it had to be cash via western union. I wasn?t able to send the money so I did some research on the company and see that there is many complaints and lawsuits for this company for harassment and scamming. This person has more information also where they contacted to the state attorney?s office,  fedupclassaction@gmail.com.  Does some research ask for proof of debt it is the law that they have to show you who they represent and proof of original debt, before you pay anything they have to give it to you. Look up he law at the www.ftc.gov   FDCPA laws

Yes, a man contacted said he was from SDA and was in the middle of processing and by law was obligated to ask if I had an attorney!  Thanks for this website..I do know no one can say this to you if you were in legal trouble.  The police just show up, but it is a bit unnerving.

Hang up on these clowns!!!   They use very strong "scare" tactics but that's all they are "tactics"!  The statute of limitations has usually ran out when they receive the debt.

Tiffany Clark just called my cell phone from 904-726-1680 and left a message saying she was calling to schedule a service to process and said i need to contact her or have my attorney contact her at 904-726-1678  immediately  and if I Don't call back today she said she will document on the case that I waived my right to counsel and she will submit this to the county. Also, she  called my sister in Georgia telling her the same thing and that she need to have me call within 2 hours.
