He called me saying could recieve money from cash of america but I didnt fill out for it.

Same guy II think. Offered me a loan if I could load $125 on a green dot money pack and gove him the code to show a balance in my account. Of course I wouldn't do it and he said he couldn't help me. What a joke.

Officer S Williams called from 607-595-1545 stating there was a lawsuit against me and a warrant.  He was sending the Sheriff's Office over to arrest me if I didn't pay up.  Stated I owed money for a pay loan (which I have never applied for) and said he was calling me to give me a chance to pay first.  He had my correct name and social security number.  I hang up and he calls back.  He calls so many times it is to the point of harassment.  He has a thick accent and is very rude.  Stated on one voice message that I was going to be sorry if I didn't pay him for the money I owe.  This is ridiculous.  By all of the previous posts I am sure nothing can be done about this jerk.  I did call him back and answer machine picked up and I gave him the same BS he fed me word for word.  Told him to pay up and I was sending the International Police to India to pick him up!  It felt good and think I will call him and harass him a little bit.  KARMA!

I just got three calls from this number. The first one was from a garbled law office name and an Indian man told me I received a Payday Loan from this company (I didn't), and I didn't pay them back (for a loan I didn't even apply for), and they were going to arrest me if I didn't resolve this matter with them out of court. I called him on his bull and he hung up. I got a second call. Couldn't hear anything.

Third call. Officer Jack Wilson on the line. With an Indian accent... He said I would be arrested. Then he asked me if I was a porn star. Uh, no. He said that I was listed as a porn star in the Adult Film Industry on my application (which I myself never filed). He asked repeatedly if I did porn. Then he asked for my "site." I kept telling him no, I wasn't a porn star, I don't have a site. Then he asked me to s*** his*****. Repeatedly. Asked if I thought about him. Finally, I hung up. I'm reporting "Officer Jack Wilson" to the police. You should, too.

Guy said his name was Steve Williams but wouldn't tell me where he was from nor would he leave a message.

I got a call from this number. Describing himself as Jack Wilson. I don't care about his threats but i do care about him having my ss#. I am outraged and am going to go t any limit to have this issue taken care of. I need to talk to someone . Thanks

That same person called me tring to use his threaten tactics on me.I never got a payday loan or anything else.I told the non english speaking person i will sue you if you keep calling me and i will send the feds after your a**..So leave me alone!!!

same thing just happened to me

i just recieved a call from them saying i had legal action taken against me for a loan i took out. when i called the actual company they said no such thing. and then this guy said the cops were coming to get me. omg! who does this? how can we take legal action against him?

i got the same phone call i never took out know payday loan i told them i new they were full of s*** and said the were just pissed off because we bombed there country and then tolld him i slept with his mom the night before and they started swaering and got real upset lmao

They called first using the cop scam, then called back with "I have a loan for you up to $3000"  lmao NOT!

Saying that I should call them back. They have my

name and SS#. Saying this is about a loan, and to

call them back. Looked up their phone number and

found this website about them. They are at this again...

BEWARE!!!

A man with a heavy Indian accent is continuously leaving me messages stating that there is a lawsuit against me for a payday loan and I should contact them immediately.  That a sheriff has issued a warrant for my arrest and once I contact them they will GPS my location, so that I could be picked up.  The first time I received a call like this was approximately 3 weeks ago and I panicked, until I looked up the number and saw that it was a scam.  Please be aware that these people should just be ignored!

I got that New York number jack smith threatening to arrest me and my parents. Told the police and researched this jerk, it's fake! Now I'm getting calls from 916-243-5985 sounds like same guy threatening same crap! Watch out for cash advance America I applied for a loan, was denied now they say I owe money? They owe me they sold my info!

Hello everyone that has posted here, I think I have some good news for you all. This guy "Jack Wilson" called me today-CALLED THE WRONG F'N GUY THIS TIME!!! I will save the bs details of the scam and threats he tryed to pull on me but major threats from him. Well heres the deal now, "jack" and his people are running this from india and think they are just safely hid out extoring and threating us from there right?? Well i do international business and am partnered in Shanghai China Factory with MY CLOSE PERSONAL FRIENDS/PARTNERS WHO CALL ME BROTHER---THEY ARE INDIAN, FROM INDIA, WELL CONNECTED IN THIER HOMELAND-THE OLDEST BROTHER  WHO IS MY CLOSEST OF THE BROTHERS IS THE RIGHT HAND MAN AND HANDLES SECURITY FOR A CERTAIN GHURU WHEN HE IS IN THE U.S.A.-SO I AM TURNING THIS ENTIRE MATTER AND ISSUE OVER TO MY FAMILY FROM INDIA----I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE "JACK WILSON" OR A PART OF HIS GANG OF THIEVES/EXTORTIONISTS IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS!!!! I have had several of theser people calling from different numbers. They are all a fraud. They tell you going to court but when asked what court they can not give you information. The payday loan company had their files caked and a lot of information was stolen about a year ago or maybe little more. These people are not even in the USA. Try to ignore them or just say tht you want the information for your lawyer, where the case is being files at.They get frustrated usually and give up.

This guy named Jack called my cell phone once, then called my office phone more than 20 times.  What he didn't realize is that I can track all incoming calls at my office and he would just hang up and call right back for about 20 minutes straight.  He finally left a voicemail.  I called him back and he gave me some bogus story about how I owed money for some payday loan and that he would send the sherriff out to my work to serve with the papers.  I think he thought he was scaring me because he said, "Is that what you want"?  I said, yes, that is exactly what I want you to do.  As a matter of fact I will call the local sherriff myself and give him your name and phone number so he can understand you business practices....he hung up on me!  LOL.  I called him back and he sent me to his voicemail.  I left him message letting him know that I gave my sherriff his information along with the report of him calling me more than 20 times at work and if he has any further questions, to feel and call me back!

I got a call from Jack Wilson and it was for my daughter he said he could not give me any I formation about this complaint. I asked if he was a Federal agent with the United State and he said yes.  lucky I record conversations because I told him that I was and still he lied .  Hopefully this will help to get him and the company  that he work for.  Jack WILSON and he could not even speak English well, probably another lie.

I have been getting calls all day from some guy in India. Saying I owe money to him because I took out a payday loan from Cash Advance Inc and that they were going to sue me. I told him I would see him in court and to go ahead and call the cops because I would be calling them on him as well.

Called my job pretending to be officer Jack Wilson twice, my job called me. I called thinking it was something important since he told them someone has a judgement aganist me. He wanted me to spell my name which I told him you called me you should already know how to spell it. I questioned where he was calling from and he said national internet cyber fraud department. I asked him where they were located and their address he hung up on me. Fake Scam. Don't be fulled just because someone claims to be a officer ask questions. Never disclose personal information over the phone!!

Calling me at work with the same stuff..annoying..I've never had a payday loan..all my stuff is done thru my bank..

Dude just called me while I was kickin back and enjoying some sparkling wenches white grapes juice and sais Ihis name is something or another and he knows my last 4 of my social and where I bank and that I owe 420 <---- bucks (of course). So I sais to this guy, ii sais, hey guy, f*** you. Boy did hie get mad. I knew off the bat what it was so I had some fun. He asked where I was and I told him I was driving down interstate 35 south and sais , OK STAY RIGHT THERE MOTH******ER I AM SENDING THE POLICE! Ok I said, what's your address buddy! He tells me he is in New York, NY. He sais come see me real soon! Too bad he didn't get me or he would have been happier than a preacher in a room full of school
boys.

Omg he called me the funny thing.he told me he was sending the police to my house but i never recieved a damn loan.so how the hell you investigating me over a loan ive never gotten so i told the idiot f*** you do what you now im bout to look up cash advance and go ham on them

I got a call from this guy this morning and he said the call is from Internet Complain Deparment and a pay day loan company I never heard off is filing a lawsuit against me.  I called him back and told him he is a spam and I'll sue him.  Boy! he called my home and cell phone #s so many times.  He left a voicemail and this time, he said he is calling from the Investigation dept.  I plan to have fun with him too and will keep you posted ;)

Guy called my job saying he was with the crime department. Do I Googled the number and found that they are many people he called saying the same thing.

This guy called me and said that I had been approved for a loan when I told them I wasn't interested and to stop calling me he got really mad and said that he was going to turn down my application I said you dont understand I'm refusing your company! He got even more upset and said fine go to hell! BEWARE OF THIS NUMBER THEY ALSO TOLD ME THEY WERE GE MONEY BANK !!!
