Im positive i knkwwhose making these cAlls and would like to have further action taken to shut these crooks down! I don't know who I contact though! Anyone who can direct me? :/

They called me today too. I didn't answer and no message was left.

Likely scam. No message left.

Called cell phone. when caller id showed not family.. Had we answered, it would also have cost us a dollar. Why should I have to pay to receive an advertising call.

We let it ring and did not answer. These and the so called "Medical alert" calls are a real aggravation.

Based on what has been reported by others, we had no interest in receiving this call.

Got a call from this number, didn't answer (because the number was unknown).
A quick google search brought me to this page.

This was scam related to an ADT inquiry, which we made.  ADT had ridiculous pricing & contracting, and so we shined them on.  Now cannot get them off our cellphones.  

"The FBI reports. There is a home break in every 15 seconds your local police recommend you protect your home. If you are allow us to place a small sign in your yard. We will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever to hear more press one now to be placed on our do not call list, press 9."

No message. They seem to have access/connection to CELL numbers...they've called cells in our family but have not called the house phone. Bastiges. ;-)

Kept the "contact;" they are now listed as "Telemarketer" on the cell phones. They'll not be getting any response out of any of us. LOL!

Spam, missed call multiple times never left voice mail so I'm assuming it is probably the same as everyone else is saying about alarm systems.

In the "old days" it was almost impossible to spoof a number in Caller ID, but when the new age ushered in (ISDN PRI, VoIP, etc.), there is a field that can be populated by any number when placing a telephone call (in the call setup message).....that number is what you want to appear in the distant Caller ID box.  Therefore, we often receive calls where the Caller ID box says 0000000000 or 1111111111 or some fictitious number.  It is supposed to be illegal to do this, but of course, it is also illegal to use robo-dialers.  I think the only way to catch them is to agree to receive more information, then backtrack when the local alarm company contacts you.  Of course, that burns your time so most will just complain and deal with the annoyance.  If the local alarm companies get negative feedback this will also end the practice.  (I retired from the phone company and the way they are making these calls makes it very difficult to track them....difficult meaning they are so widespread and use varying Caller ID headers).

They called and said they were the FBI and investigating something and hung up

Losers called my disabled relatives' number and won't say anything

Called my cell and wifey's cell today...we don't answer unknown numbers, they didn't leave VM either...Scammers !!!

Missed a call from this number. Called back and asked to be added to their "do not call list."

Just got a call on Skype, but missed the call.  I am in Florida.

called 2-3x over past month.  is reported to be a tele-market sales inquiring about home ownership and alarm systems.   possibly a scam asking financial information.

You would think with crime statistics in New Jersey theyd have enough potential clients and customers locally.

I received a call from this number at 1:34 PM ET on December 27, 2013. Fortunately I don't answer calls from unknown number.

They called my Skype account, didn't answer though..

Just got a call...I see from everyone elses posts that they call multiple times, if they continue to call me I will answer it and wait for someone to say something then I will say "Ok I did it but there is blood everywhere" then hang up. Maybe that will scare them and they wont call back ;)
