New number to worry about - 856-783-0805 from Clementon, NJ

The call came in on regular Lan line (Southern New Jersey  -Cape May county lan line) .  feb 20 ,2012 at 4:23am . it rang 4 times, the answer machine did not pick up; Did *69,  got 609-515- 1155,
I called and the message indicated verizon wireless ' the number you have called  has been disconnected or no longer in service. '   What is weird  is, that from my experience, *69 usually doesn't work for cell numbers...(number is not on our network.) .Tried to do reverse phone lookup on web that day but nothing came up. I  did a websearch today  Feb 26, 2012  (web search instead of reverse lookup) just to see  what turned up.   ..glad to see others got the call. Wondering if this is a test of another level of  emergency broadcast system or political automessaging/dialing abuse.  - j

got a call from this # on 02/20/2012 at 4:21 am. It stopped after 2 rings.

Received a call two nights in a row from this scum.
Will turn off the phones at night from here on out.

Got a call at 4am woke up the whole house, and when I answered there was a recording.  This is crazy.

Called me 3am. When calling back it says disconnected.

Just got the call from this #6095151155 at 3am. Said I am sorry that is not a valid extension. Well thanks for waking me up to tell me that!!! I called it back and it says it is not in service or disconnected by verizon. Seems to me there is a computer hooked up to dialing this or something like that. What a pain. Can being on the do not call list mean anything? Apparantly not!

Got a call tonight about 1130. It was a recorded menu that told me my option wasn't valid. Although I didn't press anything. Called back and it says inactive phone number. Weird.

I received the call twice tonight on my home phone. I called Verizon wireless and the number is not active nor their number! They blocked the number from my cell phones and I will call tomorrow to block from my house phone....different carrier. This is a scam!! People can call you from any phone and have a different number display on your caller ID!! Gotta love technology....NOT!

Received a call at 1:16 a.m. during the night before last.  I did not answer, no message was left.
Then I find out from Verizon Wireless that the number has been changed or disconnected.
I don't need calls in the middle of the night.

Dam called me at 2:01 am.  Was in a panic when phone rang.  Just hung up and when I called back Verizon said the number was disconnected or no longer in service.

Received a call at midnight ( ok, 11:58).  Didn't answer

3:45AM - Called no message. Googled and obviously this caller is making the rounds. We will research accordingly and take appropriate action. This is a ver restricted and secure numer and all incoming calls of dubious nature are investigated.

Called at 3:00 AM, did not answer.  Awful.

Just got a call & no message left (time is 11:18pm).   Good thing I didn't answer...I am pissed because I have little kids in the house.  I tried to call number back and got verizon disconnected message.  I believe I got a call from this number last week at 12:50 am.  WTH!  Not sure how these companies get away with it.  The call last week was someone asking something about energy choice.  Seriously...is anyone looking to switch their energy carrier at that time?!!?!!? knock it off....

called me at 12:59 a.m. on the 16th of Feb. Mo message left. Caller ID just said it was a cell phone.

Same crap as everyone else  --- 4:45AM ... These people should be put out of business.

this number has called several times, including 3:00 in teh morning. When I pick up, the recording is that the extension is not available. Wierd and intrusive.

6:30am - call back got the verizon message about changed, disconnected or no longer in service.  Verizon should stop them - they know its an annoying illegal telemarketer.

Got the call at my mom's in northern NJ around 4AM. It was a female on the other end, and she hung up.

got a call 545 am i answered it and it said not a valid extension

Got same call around 920 pm & I didn'tanswer - caller id showed wireless caller - so i called it back around 930 pm and verizon wireless said it was changed, out of order, or disconnected "please check & try again." So I checked my comcast voicemail on-line and there was no record of an incoming call from that number. so then I googled it and found out it's been annoying a number of people. very strange indeed.

I received a call from this number at 9:15 PM, and didn't answer. It registered as a wireless call on my caller lD. No message was left.

Called me yesterday at 4:55pm I heard a women's voice but it was breaking up so much that I could not tell what was being said. Hung up and they never called back.

Called at 11:15 AM. Woman wanted to talk to he person responsible for paying the electric bills at my house.

Just got the same call twice from this number in a matter of 5 minutes.  These people are losers that need to be stopped - Can't Verizon just disconnect these numbers for NO use.  This is ridiculous!!

Called at 3:40 AM this morning. When I picked up heard recording saying extension dialed not found or something like that

Did anyone receive a call from this number two nights in a row? I took my phone off the hook last night as a precaution.

unknown party called but did not leave message on voice mail at2:24 a.m today 02-17-2012.
