Just got a call from them. They call every day on our house phone and never leave a message. But the ringing phone wakes up my son from his nap.
They asked today for my husband and I said I would take a message since he isn't here, and the lady said "This is a courtesy call, I'll try back." Then she HUNG UP on me.
I tried calling back to tell her that if they were "courteous" they wouldn't hang up on people. Actually, they wouldn't call in the first place. Unfortunately their line was busy so I couldn't get through. This is why we are getting rid of our home phone service.
